WOWCHER code doesn’t work

Purchased a WOWCHER code to use on the website. The test in purchased isn’t listed so it won’t let me redeem the code. Live chat isn’t working (I’ve tried 4 different platforms) and there is no telephone number or email address, only a postal address. So far I am unable to order my test (that I’ve already paid for) and can’t seem to speak to anyone either

I have been unable to contact them.

I have a voucher to use with Home to Lab and I’m having trouble using it. I am trying to contact them but there’s no email or phone number on their site. It says there’s live chat but there isn’t. I’ve got others to check but it’s just not there.

I was a little confused about how to send my sample and couldn't find the address to send it too, but Jake was very helpful and polite! He gave me all the information I needed very promptly!

Got confused with the process having…

Got confused with the process having ordered through wowcher. Chatting with Jake online was really helpful and he was very polite and quick to respond. Can't comment on results of hair test yet i'm afraid!

Expert help was on hand

I just ordered, so cannot comment on product but, Paul who helped on live chat got me through the ordering process. I was having difficulty, I think because of the device I was using but I completed the order with an expert on hand. Thank you Paul.

Was having a problem redeeming my WOWCHER

Was having a problem redeeming my WOWCHER as the the purchase described on the WOWCHER site was not available on the web site.
Heather was very helpful and helped me redeem against a different product description but seems to be more tests, so can’t complain. I just hope that the test results are more accurate.

First class service

Always a bit hesitant about these sites, but I found the service to be first class especially the Chat line which was immediate and always very helpful. Will use again in the near future and also recommend friends and family
