I was having problems redeeming my voucher so spoke to Sam on live chat, unfortunately he couldn't sort the problem but he escalated it to a supervisor to sort

I was strangely suprised as how good it was! Despite having to chase my results - they came through immediately, anyone can have an oversight. My results were as expected ! I am gluten intolerant, but didn't know I couldn't eat buckwheat or brown rice! Things I rely on as substitues for pastas durum wheat! I was interested in the kidney beans too. I know I'm allergic to various other things too, but without telling my life story there were a few shocks! B3 whoever knew!!

I ordered through Wowcher, but due to the sensitivity of the item I checked their website .My assistant Sam was very professional , knowledgeable and helpful .He guided me to find the list of items that are going to be tested , and once I did and because of his help Imy decision to order it was instant . They seem to be experiencing technical problems regarding codes , but it will be sorted and I am happy

Speaking to the online agent was helpful that after a month of sending in two samples they finally received it!

My confirmation email went into my junk email and Sam was very helpful in getting me sorted with a new link as the original didn't work. Sam was very patient and and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you Sam.

I've contacted Home to Lab on a number of occasions just recently. Every time their service is fantastic. The chat is an actual person not a computer generated that can't give you anh meaningful answers. Pleasure to deal with

This is an absolute con, made up nonsense, I know I have allergies to certain things which have been confirmed by medical professionals in a hospital, according to these rip off merchants I don’t have any of these allergies. The report that is sent back to you is pages and pages of BS.

Inclusive report with details of foods I should avoid.
Very impressed with information regarding Vitamin and Minerals I am lacking in my system, among other reports.
All in all an eye opening and extremely useful report to have.
Customer Service has been first class.

Mis-sold this “service” from Wowcher. Will not be using them again as wasted £100 for family package. Bought it thinking they would send me a pack to obtain my family and my blood but not we must send hair samples in our own postage envelopes. Had I know this prior I wouldn’t have bought it cos 1 I’m bald, and 2 you can’t get these intolerances by testing hair.

I bought off Wowcher, all was easy . Got results in a week. I have histamine intolerance so I wanted to see what foods to avoid so this has helped alot.

After buying the intolerance test on Wowcher for just over £50 I thought I’d check their reviews online and was disappointed. Spoke to ‘Sam’ on home To Lab’s live chat (they have no contact number) who assured me the company was legit and they are based in Derbyshire UK. I pulled up the address of the so called ‘labs’ on google maps only to find a company trading under a completely different name to be operating from that area, which is in no way shape or form a laboratory might I add. Chat Transcript sent from ‘Sam’ originated from Karachi in Pakistan which last time I checked was not in Derbyshire. Contacted Wowcher for a refund but I have little faith seeing as they’ve continued to allow this listing on their website for as long as they have. I just hope these reviews will deter anyone who is thinking about giving these scammers their hard earned money. Best of luck to you all.

I bought this and there is no way they could tell anything from a hair sample as hair contains no ige in it and only blood tests can confirm allergy,also on the test is a section of hormonal imbalances but did not pick up my underactive thyroid,my Dr assures me that this is a money making scheme even tho it makes out its blood sampling until you buy the test to be informed its a hair sample

Got it from wowcher, and I don't know why they dont check companies before they put them on... its a waste of everyone time. Waiting for a month still nothing... keep talking to customer care same thing as everyone here says - technical difficulties, they keep telling me another 48h another 48h. This is just so stupid.

Absolute disgrace. I paid for 48 hour delivery. It's been two weeks and they've only just sent an acknowledgment saying it will be within 10 working days. No phone number to contact them on. Have complained to Wowcher and think they should be taken off the site.
