Home serve did not allow the plumber to…
Home serve did not allow the plumber to do the repairs that were needed. The plumber did not have the right equipment with them. Home serve would not them come back to finish the job, home serve would not cover the repairs that were needed. I hired another plumber at my own expense to get the job done right.

Our technician was great
Our technician was great. His communication was fabulous and he came on the 1st end of the time range. The only problem/complaint I had was calling about getting our furnace scheduled. I called when I got the email and the man said I was to late. That it expired Sept.30th. He also said he would make a ONE time exception. This was only after I read the email to him! It was very upsetting/disheartening for a 1st experience regarding furnace maintenance.

Very thorough and friendly
Tech.called with his ETA and was here as he said, was not thrown off track by my two dogs. He checked my thermostat then the furnace which needed a couple parts, he called in to have them approved then went outside in the rain and checked the A C
Tis needed a contactor and compactor which he again got ok'd and installed. He set the thermostat and checked the operation all was working in about a 2 hour time and I was instructed to get a new filter and how I can clean the grates around the A C compressor
