Did not fix anything said I need new toilet. No one ever told me that before and don’t believe it for a minute. When some people don’t know they begin the blame game that’s why my other toilet works fine on the second floor how do Yu explain that????may cancel this!!!

Home Serve is a company to trust on because its easy access to request service. The contractors they provide are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Lately, I have to requestest service for an electrician as well as a plumber in both cases they fixed the issue.

We had an excellent first experience with Homeserve. Our sewer line got clogged by tree roots, and Homeserve got us a plumber who fixed the problem within a few hours. The trouble ticket was initially handled by Homeserve’s AI agent, but we had occasion to contact a human agent a couple of times and they were all professional and pleasant to work with. And thanks to Homeserve, the whole thing was covered!
