Very thorough and friendly
Tech.called with his ETA and was here as he said, was not thrown off track by my two dogs. He checked my thermostat then the furnace which needed a couple parts, he called in to have them approved then went outside in the rain and checked the A C
Tis needed a contactor and compactor which he again got ok'd and installed. He set the thermostat and checked the operation all was working in about a 2 hour time and I was instructed to get a new filter and how I can clean the grates around the A C compressor

Arrived fast, was dressed in the company shirt, he was polite, spoke with authority, and with a clear plan of what would be going on with the work to be done.
