Home Report Scotland Arvostelua

Very helpful. Quick service.

All flexible to arrange. On time and as expected.

Very professional and knowledgeable surveyor. Kyle was proficient and friendly making the experience less stressful.

We were most impressed with the professional and supportive attitude of Duncan, the surveyor and Anne in the office. They responded very quickly to any of our concerns or questions in a positive and helpful way, making what is a stressful situation less so.Having done some research I can also say their prices are very competitive.

I have read many home reports and honestly thought what a waste of money; UNTIL, I had a visit from Tom, he was so precise , taking measurements and photos. He was able to highlight areas that could be improved on in the future . I appreciated his honesty and reassured also that my property is fit for sale.
I would highly recommend using this company.
Thank you

They were very good the survey went smoothly and we got the home report within a couple of days

Home report Scotland made the process very easy and stress free. They organised the appointment, arrived on time, carried out the survey in a timely manner and the report landed a few hours after. Great service.

Staff were helpful and the process was quick and easy

Administratively disappointing after the survey … To and fro with loose ends leaving the Agent to chase down the finished article.

Not bad not great either. Wasn’t fully aware of our area, used a house that had been turned into a 4 bedroom ( removed the garage, while ours was stand alone) and sold 2 years prior to drag my house price down the best part of £15000. Having to have constant emails because my surveyor because even though having “6 years “ experience he got very basic things wrong that people with knowledge or proper research would have got right. Lovely guy and corrected them but still not really good enough especially since I’ve been in the building game myself for for 25 years and really I need to know that that guys I’m employing are of good level not just competent but the price reflected this and in the end I got what I paid for.

The process from the booking to the visit and inspection by the surveyor was excellent.
The communication by the surveyor during the process was very informative.

home report organised in a timely manner with information provided as advised

Friendly and helpful team. Reasonable turn around time for the report.

Great service and communication from the start. Everything went smooth and quickly. Very helpful and no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The whole process was smooth and efficient from first contact to the report completion and publication.
The required online information was easy to enter and the surveyor was professional and detailed during his visit. All email communication was satisfactorily finalised within hours and the final report delivered rapidly and on price.

We used this company last year and found them very good.
Lyndsey was really lovely.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Managed to get an appointment within a few days of my phoning. Survey was as expected very thorough. Surveyor was very professional and friendly and emailed me the report by the end of the day. As a result of this quick turnaround I had an offer on the flat 2 days later.
