A deposit i payed was 5180 euro and i only got back 2140 euro. Homeclub managers decided to scam us for 3040 euro using for it iligal reasons to not send to me the full deposit amount. I am posting this review for the second time because Homeclub really dislikes it when their real stories are published, and they try to delete them. Also, look at what they will reply under this post. They will write that they are acting in accordance with the contract. But that is not true. I have all the screenshots and correspondence that prove it. If you have left a deposit with homeclub, you can say goodbye to it, you will have to take them to court. At the moment im preparing for a trial.
Long story short to show them scam scheme.
I rented an apt 01.11.2024 and moved out 31.07.2025 ( informed 30 days before moving out)
I followed all of the rules and instructions.
Every payment was made in the right time.
During the living time i stayed in touch with a manager Eduardo and Liener.
So how the scheme of scam looks? Before a move in i asked a living price per a month counted for a period untill 1 year. And a price seemed fine for me. And problems has started in time when i said that im moving out. The price for a rent in a contract seems very abstract and sneaky that the price you have to pay in a contract will be higher, but with a sale and noone is gonna tell you abt it at the start. And once you r moving out they would like to keep this extra price they are calling a "discount".
Do you understand what exactly they are do?
An apt i used to rent on the website costs abt 3500 euro per a month, but in a contract they gonna write you an amount 3900 per a month with a 10% sale and once you would like to move out they r going to keep this money from a deposite you have payed without any notification abt it, like its going the way it should be. And Homeclub support is going to tell you that its because they gave you a discount. Discount that was never mentioned before and was not informed abt. Dont you agree that it is a very sneaky scheme? Bravo homeclub

Every part of our stay was exceptional. The check in was easy and our check in time was accommodated within our time frame. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in operating order and we were provided a contact telephone number in case of any concerns.

Compare with hotel or Airbnb, Homeclub is the best option if you want to stay 1 month or longer period of time in Madrid. Jimena Soriano the account manager is very prompt and helpful in responding my enquiries, easy to approach, quite happy with their overall service.

Muy buena gestión para la contratación y PAGO del piso...y a partir de ahi buscate la vida y todo fallos.

Llegué al piso y no me habían dado la contraseña de acceso al piso...así que ahi en la calle tirado (tuve que estar yo llamando...y consiguiendo que alguien sepa y te conteste por que mi gestor no apareció por ningún lado), segunda sopresa el piso sucio (en fin de semana...si un viernes costó contactar con alguien el fin de semana ni te cuento...), tras varios intentos de limpiar, pido cambio de apartamento...lo cual ofrecen siempre apartamentos peores y sin ninguna compensación,a pesar que hay pisos iguales o superiores libres,...y la última pido ya cancelar el contrato y por los días pendientes devuelven lo que quieren a la tarifa que quieren...y por supuesto...sin contestación a mails de nadie.

No recomendable para nada. Hay otras opciones que al menos saben gestionar con las personas. Me da la sensación que tanto aqui como wn google, la mayoría de reseñas buenas no son reales, en el apartamento donde estuve hablé con varios usuarios y muchos con problemas

Nuestra experiencia en Lagasca 67 fue magnifica. Javier se encargo de que pasaramos la mejor de las estancias, sin dudas volveremos.

Customer service has been terrible, almost completely nonexistent after we signed the lease and started paying them. We were supposed to meet them at our move in, and no one showed up, despite confirmation they would be there. They have failed to respond to numerous emails and phone calls about the apartment, since we never got a walk through and there’s issues with it- leaks, no mail key, things that don’t work. It’s been an entire week and we also have a relocation company that is trying to get them to respond. But nothing. Really disappointing, I honestly can’t believe how much effort they made to rent us the apartment, and then once it’s rented they do absolutely nothing.

Jimena Was great ! Very helpfull, great service

Aunque en general el tiempo de respuesta es deficiente, hasta hubo que llamar por teléfono a Madrid varias veces, tuvimos finalmente la suerte que nos atendiera Jimena y todo cambió, el servicio muy cordial y así pudimos hacer la respectiva reservación. 3/4 estrellas máximo para el servicio en general pero 5 estrellas para Jimena!!!

Urbanización a las afuera del centro de Madrid. (Personalmente algo positivo para mi). El barrio es muy lindo y tranquilo, está en frente de un gran parque. Muy bien comunicado con transporte público, llegas a la ciudad en 30/40 minutos como mucho dependiendo a punto de la ciudad vayas. Un gran plus de esta urbanización es que está justo en frente la estación de Renfe. En un par de minutos andando ya estás en el tren o también el bus.
El proceso de entrada fue muy amable y fácil sobre todo. (Entré en septiembre 2024)
Aceptan mascotas, tienen pisos amueblados o no, piscina en verano con césped para tomar sol, con la cantidad de vecinos que somos siempre encontré lugar de sobra para tirarme al sol sin sentirme apretada.
Y si bien estás cerca del aeropuerto no es una zona que pasen por arriba del barrio, apenas se escuchan. Atención excelente por parte del personal de recepción, seguridad, mantenimiento y proceso de alquiler.
Vecindad bastante tranquila, los pisos están muy bien insonorizados no se escucha la gente de arriba, ni de los costados.
En general es un muy buen lugar para vivir sobre todo si apenas llegas a Madrid aunque sea por unos años.
