Great apartments in nice locations. Flats are fully equipped, confortable and recent.
Only negative point: deposit reimbursement takes a little bit too long.

Es un lugar muy bonito, limpio , moderno. La atención de Javier excepcional. Al pendiente desde el momento de la reserva, antes de llegar, estancia y salida. Te recomienda lugares de comida por visitar. Es un lugar muy v tranquilo y confortable en todos los sentidos. Muy recomendable.

Great location and service
Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. The hosts were east to contact. Jimena was so helpful and kind upon check in. The apartment location was awesome, amenities were great and everything was clean. When we needed something Jimena and Homeclub helped us out. Would stay again for sure!

El piso no estaba listo para…
El piso no estaba listo para recirbirme.
No funcionaba ni la lavadora de ropa ni el lavavajilla (de hecho este ultimo solo lo tuve habilitado la ultima semana)
La terraza un aspecto fundamental que me hizo elegir el piso también estuvo inhabilitada 2 de las 4 semanas que pasé en el piso.
Me he quedado otras veces en pisos de homeclub pero sin duda esta fue mi peor experiencia.

Inventario incompleto
Tristemente y a pesar de la buena experiencia con el apto tengo que decir que como lo manifesté vía email apenas llegué los inventarios estàn desactualizados. Luego de entregado el apto en perfectas condiciones porque ni basura dejé, se atreven a escribirme diciendo q falta un parlante jbl que jamàs vi ni usé. Y q cuando se firma el contrato con ese anexo de inventario no se puede verificar q verdaderamente el inventario refleje la realidad de lo que hay. Y al momento de la entrega tampoco lo hacen y justamente por eso advertí que el inventario estaba desactualizado. Espero que no se atrevan a descompletar la devolución de la garantía por esto no sólo porque pierden un cliente sino porque sería un acto de deshonestidad total.

building was under construction
The management was good, and their response to maintenance was quick—on the same day. However, we were not informed that a building was under construction next to our residence, which caused a lot of disturbance in the mornings due to construction work. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us by HomeClubs

Muy buena experiencia volveremos a usar sus servicios
Desde el primer contacto tuve muy buena experiencia una respuesta rapida a pesar del cambio de hora. Pudieron contestar todas mis dudad y guiarme muy bien. Siempre de buena manera y resolviendo todas mis dudas. El apartamento muy bien equipado, decorado, limpio y comodo. El check in y check out muy bien se acomodaron a nuestros cambios. Al principio tuve dudas ya que no estaba familiarizada con la empresa pero pregunte a conocidos en Espana y todos me dieron buenas referencias. ASin duda volveremos a usar sus servicios
