Very nice apartment and great location
Very nice apartment and great location. Clean and well equipped. Just a little small for family of 4 . There is no place for luggages and its a tight kitchen.

Rented in Madrid
Rented in Madrid for one month. Easy to book. Communication was straightforward. Greeted on arrival by staff to deliver keys. Our apartment was well maintained and meticulously clean and we appreciated weekly cleaning service. All charges were clear and there was nothing unexpected. Security deposit was promptly returned. We certainly will use Homeclub again in Madrid.

Los apartamentos están excelentemente…
Los apartamentos están excelentemente equipados, especialmente la cocina. La ropa de cama y las toallas son de alta calidad, y tanto el wifi como el sistema de acceso sin llave funcionan a la perfección. Además, han sido renovados recientemente con muy buen gusto y parecen prácticamente nuevos.

I recently stayed in an apartment in Madrid managed by HomeClub and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jorge Garcia throughout my stay. Although the issues I encountered were challenging, Jorge demonstrated exceptional determination, professionalism, and dedication. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed and that I was as comfortable as possible.
Jorge is a true leader who remains calm and effective under pressure. My experience would not have been the same without his help, and I am genuinely grateful for his support. Purtroppo abbiamo perso molto tempo per accedere perchè le istruzioni su come girare la maniglia della porta dopo lo sblocco con Akiles non erano corrette !! In strada poi ci sono 3 porte e non è segnalata sulla porta la lettera dell'appartamento.
Il terzo letto non era stato preparato e non c'era la biancheria per poterlo fare... L'assistente Nidhi Hirani ha risolto subito il problema quando l'ho segnalato.
