We rented an Apartment in Malaga recetly.
This was one of the most beautiful apartments in the most fantastic location we have ever rented on Airbnb. The living room balcony overlooked one of the main squares and the shopping street, giving us a perfect view of the Christmas lights from a premium spot.
The apartment was very clean, with high-quality furniture; everything was new and in excellent condition. Access was easy both via a mobile app and a magnetic key card, which made coming and going very convenient.
Everything is within easy walking distance, the метро is just a few minutes away, and the airport is also easily reachable by metro. There is always a lively atmosphere around the apartment — this is one of the busiest parts of the city — and that is exactly what we loved about it. Whenever we stepped outside, we always found open restaurants and bars. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best choice, as the street is lively even at night.
A true gem in the city center — we will definitely return.

Home Club tiene un servicio de primera, lo cual confirme por las distintas veces que me comuniqué con sus empleados para aclarar algunas dudas que tenía sobre la residencia que alquile. Además, el apartamento que rente estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para la estadía que estuve de cerca de siete semanas. Esto, sumado a la ubicación de la propiedad (que es excelente) me lleva recomendar a Home Club para que le alquilen sus propiedades en el futuro cualquier persona que interese visitar a Madrid. Manu issues with the aptment . But the worst service in history from homeclub . Their employes are the worst ineficient people that i have deal with .
Dont rent with homeclub . No costumer service at all .
Empleados totalmente ineptos . No puede hablar uno con nadie a cargo .
En las oficinas atienden ineptos que solo dicen que van a solucionar pero nada solucionan . Son absolutamente ineptos

Destaca sobre todo en la atencion al cliente, es muy rápida y cordial.

Es una empresa irresponsable, tengo más 1 mes pidiendo que reparen la calefacción y no lo hacen, problemas con el baño principal y no vienen a repararlo. Lo que hacen muy bien es cobrar

Jorge Garcia is an excellent host. He was quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is just as listed. Great location, in the shopping district and an easy 10-15 minute walk to El Ritiro. Metro is close by. I stayed with my sister and niece and we felt safe walking in the area at night and in the apartment.

estuve con ellos durante una estadia larga de mas de 30 dias donde muchas cosas pueden pasar; la atencion inmejorable, el apartamento muy bien, tal cual las imagenes, muy buena ubicacion cerca de todo que en mi caso era importante por la cantidad de dias que estuve (supermercados/farmacias/tintorerias etc) ademas de muchos restaurantes y bares, la zona tranquila y la atencion de Jorge Garcia, la mejor, cuidando los detalles y dando respuesta casi de manera inmediata a las cosas que le plantee, no tengo quejas y cuando vuelva a Madrid repetire sin duda,

This was by far the most disappointing accommodation experience I’ve ever had — and absolutely nowhere near “luxury” as Home Club advertises. What we received was the complete opposite of a premium stay. Shockingly, the apartment is located in the same building as a backpackers hostel, which explains a lot about the constant noise, chaos, and complete lack of the high-end standards we were promised.

From the moment we arrived at the Corts Catalanes apartment, the problems were endless. The kitchen table was broken for nearly two weeks, all dining chairs were unusable and only replaced after four weeks, and the oven/microwave never worked at all — despite multiple technician visits that required over 12 hours of our time. Cooking was basically close to impossible for our entire stay.

For the first two months, there was relentless jackhammering and construction noise from early morning until late afternoon in the apartment next door. Working from home or even having a normal conversation was impossible. Had we known this, we never would have booked.

The “luxury” bedroom had no functioning air-conditioning (contrary to the listing) and no blinds, making sleep extremely difficult until temporary Ikea blinds were installed weeks later — and even those didn’t fix the problem. The bathroom (which is a part of the bedroom) had no exhaust fan and an electrical outlet positioned uncomfortably close to the shower, which felt unsafe and poorly thought through.

Some basic essentials were also missing. We purchased utensils, bowls, wine glasses, even a water filter —just to make the apartment liveable. Nothing about this stay resembled the “premium / signature” experience Home Club claims to offer.

What made everything worse was the complete lack of communication from the company. My calls and messages went ignored for days. I reached out to multiple staff members and even directly to the CEO, through several channels — yet not a single acknowledgment. The compensation offered was minimal and did not begin to reflect the months of disruption, inconvenience, and additional expenses we incurred.

We’ve stayed with Home Club before and had a wonderful experience, which makes this all the more disappointing. Over the past two years we’ve recommended Home Club to many people — but after this stay, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

This was not luxury, not premium, and not professionally managed. It was a deeply frustrating experience made worse by a lack of accountability and care.

I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake we made.

This was one of the greatest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

First, the apartment is in a gorgeous neighborhood, so you can count on an amazing view, especially in the morning. During our stay, it rained for two days, and even then, the view was not ruined! Also, it is close to everything, so we didn’t use public transport at all!

Second, it is a luxurious flat, just like it is described and shown in the photos. The design is stunning, and it is quite spacious, so you will never feel crowded. We stayed with a little baby, and it was perfect for her because she crawled everywhere and loved the exploring the surroundings :)

Finally, and probably the most important part, the hosts were amazing. Agustin helped us get there safely even though our flight was late at night. And, Jorge made sure we had everything we needed at all times!

If you want your Madrid trip to be perfect, this is the place you need!

Nuestra estancia de tres días por trabajo en el ático Almirante XL de Homeclub en Justicia fue sencillamente perfecta. Buscábamos la calidez de un hogar, evitar la frialdad de un hotel y este apartamento lo superó. Se encuentra en un edificio antiguo, típico de Madrid, reformado con muchísimo gusto. Nos enamoró la luz natural, los techos altos y los grandes ventanales con contraventanas.
Al ser tres mujeres, la logística fue ideal, agradecimos muchísimo la comodidad de tener una habitación con baño para cada una, además de un salón-comedor súper amplio y acogedor con un sofá enorme perfecto para relajarse y conversar con una copa de vino después de un día ajetreado de reuniones.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado (camas comodísimas, lavadora, lavavajillas, etc). El edificio ofrece todas las comodidades, desde la entrada muy similar al lobby de un hotel, conserje, ascensor, y hasta gimnasio (una pena que no tuvimos tiempo de usarlo).
La ubicación es inmejorable, estás a un paso del Retiro y la Puerta de Alcalá, y a 10 minutos de Gran Vía. Además, el barrio de Justicia es una zona muy segura y tranquila, con una gran oferta de restaurantes y tiendas exclusivas. Definitivamente, si buscas una estancia premium y sentirte como en casa en Madrid, Homeclub es la mejor opción.

This is now our third year renting from Home Club for what has become an annual visit. Madrid feels like a second home in large part because of the ease of booking and staying in Home Club properties. Jonathan Noel was our host this year and provided excellent assistance and responsiveness. We were very happy with our experience and will always turn to Home Club for our stays.

Beautiful apartment, great communication, excellent facilities and ease of use. Couldn't recommend more.

La localización del apartamento, las comodidades, el tener un staff como Jorge Garcia y Nahai (creo es el nombre) fueron los elementos necesarios para una estadía placentera. No todo va ha estar según lees en los "reviews" pero si hay un staff que responde, y que responda rápido, entonces si puedes ver la diferencia y seguir con tus planes de disfrutar donde te quedas.

Muy buenas propiedades como cada vez que utilizamos y en excelentes condiciones, los animamos a seguir manteniendo sus standares de buena calidad
