Good products and service
Good products (in this case a very fine Dutch teapot), and excellent service. There was a delay after Xmas importing the product, and the company kept me fully informed.
Web-site also easy to use, and ordering procedure very straightforward.
Will certainly use again - they have an excellent product range.

Hi Kevin
Good to see you again :-)
We love the Bredemeijer Saturn Teapot too! It's stunning and we hope it will give you many years of good use. We are sorry for the delay, no excuses but, even now, importing from Europe after Brexit is often a nightmare! :-(
We try to make the website as simple as possible, no glitz just function, and we are pleased you found it easy. The products we sell are all personal choices selected for their quality, function, style, longevity and point of difference so thanks for the "big up".
Hope to welcome you back soon.
Kindest regards
Michele and Caroline

Correspondence with the store was very courteous and helpful, especially since I was trying to make a purchase from outside the UK. The purchase came on time as promised.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered two Bosign large lap trays in November and the following day I was notified that due to the heavy snowfall in Sweden, my items would be delayed.
I was kept up to date at every point which very few companies give these days and was notified on dispatch .
The trays arrived really well packaged and are much better than I had hoped for! Great design and functionality which I can highly recommend.
Fantastic customer service and products.
Thank you so much to Michele and Caroline!!
Regards, Nick
P.s.Sorry for my late review….Christmas got in the way :-)

Wow Nicholas what amazing feedback, thank you, thank you so much! As most of our products are restocked from Europe and further afield we are often held hostage to the vagaries of weather, amongst other things, and its great when people are so understanding. We always try to keep information flowing, be it good or bad, so our customers are never left "dangling". Packaging too matters to us especially when we witness how some, not all, couriers treat boxes!
We have sold Bosign lap trays for many years now and they are amongst our bestsellers so its great you love them to and thank you for recommending them!
No worries at all about the "late" review and we hope you had a fantastic Christmas :-)

We know you have already bought 3 but still hope to welcome you back soon for a 4th!!

Fast
Fast, accurate service. Three perfect ornaments, one damaged and incomplete (a missing ribbon for hanging and a broken trunk). The cost of the broken one was quickly refunded, no fuss, but it was a shame that I could not get a replacement of the same or a different elephant, I did not understand the insurance issue that meant the another elephant could not be resent.

We hope to see you again soon
