Fantastic Company
I have used this company 4 times now.
They always let me know if they are waiting for stock to arrive. They tell me what date its due in and always ship when it's available. They also gave me the option of changing to a different one in stock if I needed it sooner. Great Company. I always order in advance anyway

Hi Nicki
The team were over the moon to read this, thank you so, so much. Receiving reviews and comments like this always boost our day! :-)
Thank you too for your support for Elephant Parade, a worthy cause and you have bought some great designs. As we always say remember all Elephants should face a door or if not a window to bring good luck and fortune into the home or office.
We look forward to seeing you again soon

Good product, poorly packaged
Good product, quickly delivered - but inadequate packaging meant that the box containing it was squashed; luckily the product was ok but as a gift it didn't look good.

Hi Lisa
We are so sorry the box got crushed during the delivery process. We do make every effort to ensure our packaging keeps the product safe whilst not overdoing it and wasting material. We use the best courier services we can find but, unfortunately, sometimes the handling does get a little excessive. We are nevertheless pleased you liked the product and that it worked out as a gift.
We hope to welcome you back soon

Hi Deb
Thanks for the upbeat feedback and we are so pleased you will come back to see us again :-). We hope the Relaxound soundbox you chose will help relax you in a world that seems increasingly stressful in so many ways. We now have one setup in the office, Junglebox and we really find it does help and also begins a smile to our face during the working.
Look forward to seeing you soon

Hey Carol
One word says it all :-) thank you so much, we'll take excellent every day! Great choice of Elephant by the way, Hommage to Mondrian. Beautiful colours and shapes combine to make this replica one of our bestsellers! As we say to all remember to point your Elephant facing an outer door or window to help bring luck and fortune into the home.

Hi David
Thanks; a short, precise and very positive review :-). The Bosign LapTrays have been a staple product for us for some time now, we hope the 2 you have chosen meet expectations. The cushion can be removed and machine washed, no worries, but please do not soak or immerse the top in water, simply wipe clean with a soft damp cloth as that protects the non-slip coating
Hope to welcome you back soon
Kindest regards

Wonderfull elephant
Despite delivery problems beyond HomeArama's control we were kept uptodate with the situation. Problems in the middle east continue to inpact on shipping.
homeArama sent the elephant by traked delivery in view of the delay. When the elephant arrived my wife was very pleased.

Hi Stuart
First we love that your wife was extremely pleased with your choice of Elephant, they really are beautiful things, both as replicas and in the wild! Remember to always point an Elephant towards a door or window to help bring luck and fortune into your home :-)
In terms of delivery problems they are, as you rightly say, out of our control and extremely frustrating for all. From Brexit to the Middle East we face not just delays but increasing costs some of which we are forced to pass on, some we absorb. The Elephant Parade Replicas for instance faced a 6% Duty imposition once Brexit kicked in!
We are just grateful for the amazing support and understanding our customers, like you, show us, thank you :-) and we continue to do our best.
We hope to welcome you back soon

Hi Carole
Thanks and we have to agree with you, our products are beautiful!! ))) We do try hard to find ranges that are not just different but also offer quality, longevity, beauty, functionality and sustainability in their DNA.
Remember of Germany focus's on all those factors and then throw its own DNA into the mix... bright and friendly colours! We hope the Spice Mill & Grinder meets all expectations.
Look forward to seeing you again soon, we had just added a whole load of new Remember products!

Vastaus yritykseltä homeArama
Hi Catriona
Whilst we are pleased our service and prompt refund justified a 4 star review we are of course deeply disappointed our Bosign Laptray did not meet your expectations. The range is amongst our bestselling collections and returns are low but, due to the handmade and applied nature of the walnut top veneer then striations, marks and even small blemishes, especially on the edging, can occasionally be seen. Whilst this does not effect the overall performance of the product we do understand such things can be irritating once spotted! We do 100% check all stock prior to despatch for this reason and apologise if, in this instance, we missed anything.
We truly hope this will not put you off shopping with us again
Kindest regards

Hi Charlotte
Communication matters to us so we are pleased we were able to keep you up to speed with your delivery, we are just sorry there was a delay in our own restocking shipment coming in from Europe. We have said it many times before but, even after several years, Brexit continues to cause us issues!
That aside we hope you will love your Hachiman products, the Omnioffre stacking boxes combine beauty with strength and the Balcolore baskets use the most stunning colours again combined with durability. Happy decluttering with all!!
We look forward to welcoming you back soon

Hi Angela
Thanks for the big "up" and for buying a Jalo Lento Smoke Alarm. The installation is simple but the twist click to switch the alarm on can be quite hard to avoid accidental turning on! If you have any problem we'll be happy to talk you through it.
No smoke alarm should be used for more than 10 years, Jalo alarms have a built-in 10 year battery, as they can lose their efficiency and, of course, for such an important role we want them to be in perfect working order! Nevertheless do remember to use the test button every so often and also hoover round the fins to ensure no dust or spiders are blocking the sensors.
Kindest regards and hope to see you again soon

Hi Ella
Thanks not just for the testimonial but for being a true homeArama Devotee and shopping with us so frequently. In terms of communication we try to treat our customers as humans and keep them as up to date about things as we can. We know silence can be deafening and its always good to know what is happening.
Yes, rather than throwaway or discard product just because it's slightly marked or damaged, it makes total sense to us to offer it a discount reflecting its actual condition. Recycling, upcycling and making things last is what it's all about now.
Looking forward to seeing you again soon

Hi Matthew
Despite nearly 3 years Brexit remains an issue for all importers from the old EU! The beautiful teabox you kindly bought comes from Bredemeijer who are based in Holland. Whilst some shipments do certainly come in smoothly others do not with UK Customs rejecting them for all kinds of reasons! Sadly the stock replenishment order we were waiting for got caught up in one such rejection leading to an unplanned delay on your order. We are sorry but pleased we still managed to get your purchase to you sooner than expected. We hope the wait was worth it and the teabox will hold your tea for many years to come.
Kindest regards and we hope to see you again soon
