Son unos AUTÉNTICOS LADRONES, quice comprar un producto y el cargo que me hicieron fue dizque para la membresía, cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito $214.56 SIN MI CONSENTIMIENTO, reclame en el banco para que me reembolsaran mi dinero y NO PUDIERON ANULAR EL CARGO. Es evidente que lo que hacen es un AUTÉNTICO ROBO

Online scam!

I purchased something then suddenly had these people and Top of Team trying to take £40 and £50 from my account. I’d also apparently been subscribed to something. I emailed and cancelled that. Thankfully there wasn’t sufficient funds and I was notified immediately. Card now cancelled!

9th July - now receiving emails from them saying they’re willing to refund ONLY if I delete this review!!

18th September - still receiving emails stating that I’ll get refund once I remove the review and they’ve now been reported as spam.

Email says: Hi Sam ,

I hope this message finds you well. This is a gentle reminder with regards to your refund. As mentioned, we truly valued your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding. We are taken steps to close your account and have offered a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

To help us proceed with your refund , I’d like to gently remind you of the next step. In order for us to finalize the refund, we kindly ask you to consider removing your public comments or reviews, as they may continue to impact our platform even after the issue has been resolved.

Our aim is not only to resolve your refund request but also to ensure your information is fully removed from our database . Due to this a representative might be assigned to send you emails from time to time trying to help you resolve your concern fully. We understand this might be disturbing and feel repetitive. Deleting the review also ensures that we fully resolved your concerns and ensure that your information is completely removed from our database.

To complete this process, we kindly ask for your cooperation with one final step: the removal of your public review or comments. While we fully respect your right to share your experience, reviews that remain publicly visible even after an issue has been resolved can continue to impact our platform unfairly which is why we kindly ask for their removal as part of our standard resolution process.
