On Time & Professional
Two men, Justin and Fransico showed up on time and prepared. Worked non-stop - packed a 16' POD to the hilt in 2.5 hours. Pretty amazing considering the furniture we had and the complicated disassembly involved

The moving team took incredible care of my belongings and were able to quickly & carefully navigate organizing & securing my items for the across the country move in unfamiliar transport containers and ensuring the containers were properly closed & locked before leaving. They were very easy to work with. All of my questions were answered courteously, promptly and professionally. The terms and pricing were fair and clear. Excellent understanding while discussing my expectations and the work to be done. All phone conversations were quickly handled and I found HireAHelper to be very quick with callbacks.

Overall crew was good at placement of…
Overall crew was good at placement of boxes etc in POD. Only drawback One worker showed up an hour late but still charged 2 men for three hours when indeed was one man 3 hours one man 2 hours. But overall they did an excellent job. There was no way on app to alter hours paid just automatically charged me one extra hour for 2 men. Maybe do a change to app. Woukd help people in that situation.

Awful experience
Awful experience, it was costly which i don’t mind if the service is good. the crew dropped my sofa, smelled like cigarettes so much that my furniture now smells. and were very unprofessional. When i called to talk to them about it, they person on the phone yelled at me and said it was someone my fault. I’ll use a local mover from now on.

The 2 gentlemen who handled the loading were professional and great at their job. They did not hesitate when moving the more difficult items and took good care of our furniture. They loaded more than I expected and continued to ask if there was anything else. I appreciate their work ethic and drive. It is uncommon these days to have such great workers.
