Awful experience
Awful experience, it was costly which i don’t mind if the service is good. the crew dropped my sofa, smelled like cigarettes so much that my furniture now smells. and were very unprofessional. When i called to talk to them about it, they person on the phone yelled at me and said it was someone my fault. I’ll use a local mover from now on.

The 2 gentlemen who handled the loading were professional and great at their job. They did not hesitate when moving the more difficult items and took good care of our furniture. They loaded more than I expected and continued to ask if there was anything else. I appreciate their work ethic and drive. It is uncommon these days to have such great workers.

Unsecured moving job
I had the movers load a POD with some of my stuff from my 77 year old mothers house to ship to where I live over 700miles away with my fiance, her 7 years old, and a newborn baby (less than a month old). I had plastic bins, bubble wrap, plastic stretch wrap, packing paper, moving blanket, and ratchet straps delivered before the move date. The POD arrived today and the lad was unsecured. I haven’t gone through everything, but I see no evidence that any of the packing supplies other than the bins were used.

Very Efficient and accomodating
They were very accomodating for scheduling. The helpers arrived on time and were extremely efficient at getting my PODS unloaded and my belongings placed in the house where I wanted. Very good experience.
