The Pod was an absolute disaster
The Pod was an absolute disaster, items just shoved in and chairs just pulled in to of each other. A desk that i told them must be covered to prevent damage will need to be sanded and restored due to gouges and scratches.

While they were helpful getting the heavy stuff to the first floor, they did not utilize the space in the 16ft pod. They also packed some things that my wife said not too all the way in the back. In the end I had to rearrange the Pod myself.

First time experience with loading a…
First time experience with loading a POD. We were advised by RAT PACK PODS that we might want to use
Hire a Helper to help load the POD. We had a good experience with them with one exception. My message to SWML, Hire a Helper wasn't followed which delayed delivery by a day.
As far as the actual loading they were great and easy to work with. They worked fast and were very careful and organized in how they loaded our Pod. It was a little different than most loads. The contents needed to be organized for 2 destinations, one local and one long distance. The POD is currently in local storage until it can be delivered to our new residence. It is scheduled to be moved there on the afternoon of April 24th. We will unload it ourselves this time. When that's complete it will ship out to Washington State. The help we had loading the POD was excellent.

They were the best. Daniel was able to work with me after my Pod was delayed in arriving. They were fast and efficient in getting the pods loaded within the 4 hour window I was allotted. Daniel's Family Movers were the best. I would recommend them to anyone

the guys were quick and efficient. I was disappointed I was billed for 4 hours instead of the 2 they were there. The representative estimated 4 hours when I called in and I was not aware that they charged even if the time wasn’t used.
