Communications were not clear
Communications were not clear. They expressly told me if I had issues, to talk directly to the vendor but then they gave me a run around demanding to know why I hadn't called them when their own instructions said call the vendor. I had to reschedule and couldn't get through for a day and a half and because of that they said I had to pay a $95 processing fee for a job they wouldn't let me reschedule because they wouldn't answer their own phone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Amazing experience with Daniel!
Daniel and his partner were incredibly helpful during my move. He was responsive and timely. We were told to purchase straps and blankets which we did . Movers that were sent did not use the straps and barely used the blankets some of my furniture has gauges in them ! I was not happy with the way they packed the trailer. They need more instructions on how to pack for long distance moves . Not happy ! Would appreciate you contacting me !

Kathy, we do not do business the way your review suggests. The price you initially saw was based on the service provider you selected, but that provider did not have availability for the date and time you requested. The only provider who did have availability had higher rates, and we called to explain the difference in cost and left a voicemail asking you to call us back so we could review your options together.
Since we did not hear back from you, we were unable to assist with rescheduling your move, and the order was cancelled.
HireAHelper works hard to provide the best customer experience in our industry, and we are truly sorry we were unable to assist you in rescheduling your moving service.
