Till alla er som tvekar inför denna behandlingsmetod vill jag bara förmedla en sak - TESTA! Jag var själv i er sits och var tveksam inför både metoden och det relativt höga priset på maskinen men det enda jag ångrar är att jag inte testade detta tidigare. Jag tänker tillbaka på alla år av extrem ångest till följd av mina svettproblem och hur allt hade kunnat undvikas om jag bara vågat ge detta en chans tidigare. Från att haft händer och fötter och droppat av svett till att de nu så torra att jag får smörja in dem med handkräm varje dag. Jag hade provat botox omgångar men då detta är både väldigt smärtsamt och dyrt blev det inget som höll i längden (samt att resultatet inte alls var vad jag hade hoppats på). Med Hidroxa är det annorlunda och jag kan numera inte tänka mig en framtid utan den. Det enda man får ha i åtanke är att behandlingen kräver TÅLAMOD. Hur snabbt resultatet märks av varier mellan individer men för mig tog den nästan 6-7 veckor av regelbundet användande innan jag hade uppnåt ett perfekt resultat. Nu kör jag 2-3 gånger i veckan och det funkar toppen.

Vill verkligen uttrycka min genuina tacksamhet till företaget och även en stor tack till en superbra kundtjänst som har guidat genom hela processen. Jag uppmanar verkligen alla med svettproblem att ge det en ÄRLIG chans för det kommer förändrar era liv <3

This has been a life changing machine - I have had some amazing results and would anyone who suffered form Hyperhydrosis to invest in this - worth every penny - Miski

I wrote about a simple question but during the mails back and forth my machine stopped working, which I wrote because my question then almost did not matter. The kind people at Hidroxa then replied they wanted to help me and even though my machine was over the claim period they fixed it! I am very greatful! The best service!

So having spent £349 on this machine, I then had to spend a further £89 on import tax. The first machine didn’t work at all - it didn’t even switch on. I had to send a video of it not working, before the company would even consider exchanging it. Their response time was slow, so this all took ages. When they sent me a replacement, I had to pay the import tax again. I contacted them to say that it was unfair that I had it pay it twice, as it was their fault that they had sent me a faulty machine. There was no response from them for ages, but after a fortnight, they said that they would ‘cover it’ for me. Eventually, after 3 reminders from Fed Ex about the unpaid import tax bill, I had to pay it myself, as Hidroxa had apparently refused.
Does the machine actually work? Well for me, not really, no. I’ve used it consistently for weeks now, and I can’t see any real difference. The machine itself feels cheap and plasticky, and there is no indication of when the batteries are sufficiently charged. You have to use a timer, or risk overcharging them. So no, I do not recommend.

Beware of hidden and unexplained charges if you are a UK customer!

I ordered a product from this company with via a .co.uk website which used the term “ free shipping”. I completed a VAT exemption form. Notwithstanding this I have now been hit with a further invoice of £87.03 from FedEx that neither them or Hidroxa ( Sweden based) have managed to explain. I’m either being charged for the delivery, VAT ( which in this case I’m exempt from) or it’s some form of other import charge or duty

Whichever it is be very careful if you are a UK customer as there appear to be massive hidden charges not clearly explained to you in bold when you click to purchase

The customer service is dubious and I await a satisfactory detailed explanation. They reply rapidly but cannot explain themselves. This has been on- going for weeks without anyone being able to explain PRECISELY what the further charge is for.

As an aside to date despite my 14 yr old daughter following instructions there has been no noticeable improvement to her condition ( approx 1 month of use)

I have been so impressed with the level of service provided by this company. The order arrived fairly quickly and their customer support team have been fantastic at answering queries and also for assisting me in dealing with a problem which the company did not even cause! They have been super helpful and I'm so thankful for all the help and support

After 1 month I am still not experiencing any dramatic change like others ... I assume the sweating is less but I am still sweating, I was not sure if I am using the machine correctly so I asked several questions to customer support. Their response was minimum, not a super friendly support. For the price I paid I expected more... Maybe I am just stupid and not understanding the manual. (I assume I am using it correctly but still not 100% sure)
I have some 20 days to go, so I should decide quickly to return or not, I also feel for the people who are not having amazing experience 50 days free return is too short. (full 2 months would be better)

J'aurais du le faire avant! Je laisse très peu d'avis généralement mais cette machine m'a tellement aidé que si ça peut également aidé quelqu'un d'autre ça vaut le coup! J'ai désormais des mains sèches! J'ai commandé la machine en étant vraiment pas sûre que les résultats soient à la hauteur du prix (assez élevé pour moi). Je ne regrette vraiment pas. Livraison rapide, guide d'utilisation précis, utilisation facile. Personnellement, j'avais une hyperhydrosis légère/modérée. J'ai fait une phase d'attaque de 2 semaines avec un traitement tous les jours en montant progressivement l'intensité jusqu'à ce que ce soit désagréable. J'ai commencé à voir une claire amélioration au bout de 10 jours. Comme je suis au début, je fais encore le traitement 3 fois par semaine mais j'espère espacé de plus en plus le traitement. On est en plein été, il fait chaud et mes mains sont sèches! Seul effet secondaire: j'ai les mains sèches qui pèlent un peu mais ça se résout avec une bonne crème hydratante et franchement vu le bénéfice, je préfère mille fois avoir des mains trop sèches! Trop contente de mon achat et je regrette vraiment de ne pas avoir achetée cette machine avant!

Life changing. I tried everything! One week of Hidroxa treatment transformed my feet. Had constant wet feet and sore toes which has ruined £1000s of trainers and embarrassed me over the last 35 + years. I plan to do my hands too as I’ve always been reluctant to shake hands all my life. I will continue to use this for the rest of my life.

Min teenage datter havde utrolig svedige hænder og fødder, så meget at det hver dag var meget generende. Hun har prøvet alle mulige ting inkl. medicin, med den bivirkning, at munden blev tør, og det stoppede heller ikke sveden helt. Så der var ikke noget at tabe ved at prøve om Hidroxa maskinen virkede, Efter kun en god uges brug sveder hænderne ikke længere, og her efter en månedstid bruger hun maskinen ca hver 2. dag. Nu er hun lige startet med fødderne, og så må vi se om ikke også det hjælper. Alle de bedste anbefalinger her fra.

Jag har alltid svettats, det började i tonåren, jag har nog alltid känt mig äcklig med mina svettiga händer och det har hämmat mig en hel del i livet. När jag kom in i klimakteriet blev besvären så otroligt mycket värre, led av kronisk fot-och nagelsvamp, fick alltid ha med torra strumpor i väskan när jag skulle iväg någonstans, jag lämnade våta märken efter mig på golv. Händerna var alltid svettiga eller blöta, samma med fötterna. Jag var skeptisk till att köpa en hidroxa, trodde nog inte att det skulle funka, och den kostar ju en del, men jag var desperat, och nu är jag så glad att jag köpte en, alltså mitt liv har förändrats, efter en vecka ungefär så var jag nästan helt torr om händer och fötter. Jag har använt hidroxa i två månader ungefär och jag kör var tredje dag ungefär för att bibehålla uppnått resultat.

Not working as advertised. Tried everything still not working. The machine also feels and looks cheap.

Franchement.. INCROYABLE ! J’ai remporté le concours de Noël en Décembre 2024 sur Instagram, j’ai remporté un appareil à Ionophorese de cette marque ( Hidroxa ) et je suis CONQUIS !

J’ai des soucis d’Hyperhidrose palmaire donc Pieds, mains et aisselles. Actuellement j’ai fais le traitement seulement sur les mains car les pieds sont en mauvais état à cause des chaussures de sécurité donc faut que tout cicatrise..

Et franchement.. Ça fait un peu plus d’un mois que je l’utilise et ça fonctionne ! Je transpire beaucoup beaucoup moins des mains, actuellement en hiver, je transpirais des mains dans le canapé devant la télé à rien faire…

Je n’ai plus de problème, même en cas d’angoisse, de stresse j’ai l’impression de transpirer des mains mais quand je les touche, pas du tout ! Juste la sensation mais elles sont sèches !

Ça change une vie je vous assure. J’espère que cet été je n’aurais plus de problème du tout ! Je vous referais un retour, mais je vous assure, si j’avais eu un avis comme le mien avant de recevoir cet appareil, je l’aurais acheté même malgré son prix !

J’ai eu l’occasion d’essayer l’appareil IONOMAT ( Français ) mais changement de courant à la moitié du traitement et ça fouette ! Je ne suis pas douillet mais j’ai vraiment eu très très mal !

Avec HIDROXA, aucune douleur, c’est magnifique, c’est pas du Biphasé donc pas de douleur, pas de changement de courant pendant le traitement, pas de coup de jus à l’arrêt ! C’est MAGNIFIQUE !

Je vous assure que je n’en fais pas des caisses, que je ne suis pas payé non plus pour mettre cet avis, mais si ça peut aider des personnes à passer le cap des 450€.. 😕

ATTENTION : J’ai commencé à réglé la molette à 2, je ne sentais rien, donc j’ai augmenté à 3 mais attention, si la molette est sur trois, la tension ne sera pas de 3 mais de 5/6 donc j’ai fais 2 puis 2,2 environ, puis 2/4 etc.. Et je me suis arrêté un peu au dessus de trois. Par contre, autre chose, je met de la vaseline sur chaque bout de doigts, sur les ongles ( je met ronges les ongles depuis petit ) donc voilà les infos ! Si courant trop fort, ça fait assez mal et sa surprend surtout ! Et si vous mettez du sel dans l’eau attention ça dérègle tout ! La tension affiché sera la même MAIS le ressenti va changer se sera plus fort !

CONCLUSION : Foncez, ça va changer votre vie..

Var lite skeptisk men gav det en chans. Det tog lång tid, flera veckor, innan jag kände någon effekt. Nu räcker det med 1-2 ggr i veckan. Hjälpsam kundtjänst.
Jag har hudsjukdomen Keratodermia palmo plantaris vilket kan gjort att det tog lång tid innan det fungerade.
