I’ve been using Dermadry for hyperhidrosis treatment, and while I initially experienced some technical issues with my device, I want to share how the situation was ultimately handled.

After going through a detailed troubleshooting process with their support team (including videos and tests), the Quality Team identified that the issue was likely related to the electrodes. They sent me replacement silicone graphite electrodes free of charge.

After receiving and testing them, the difference was immediate. The device now starts instantly and runs smoothly at the exact intensity level I select. The treatments feel consistent and effective again.

I bought the DermaDry machine several months ago and the results are life changing. I have struggled with Palmar Hyperhidrosis for years. It has affected almost every aspect of my life since my early teenage years, similarly to most people with this condition.

For myself, and with many other reviews you may find - I tried different deodorants, antiperspirants, specialist products and medications. None of them worked well, if at all.

I found DermaDry on the Doctorly YouTube channel, which I trust, and that encouraged me to try it.

I started off on low mA (3-5) for fear of pain, stayed there for a while and didn't get results. I got some advice from customer support, which is prompt and very helpful. I worked up 1 mA per day, up to 13 which is my comfort tolerance limit, until dry (now 1x per week). I get an intense tingling sensation, but no pain. My hands are dry 90% of the time.

I would recommend a DermaDry machine to anyone with Hyperhidrosis. I'd advise that you save yourself the money of churning through deodorants, stronger products and tablets for years and get DermaDry. I know it's quite expensive, but it works and nothing else seems to.

The device itself is absolutely flawless and a lifesaver if you have hyperhidrosis. I’ve been struggling with it since childhood and when I heard about iontophoresis machines I did my research and after trying some cheaper options decided to invest in the best which is hands down Dermadry. I’ve struggled with moderate to severe sweaty palms since my early teens. It was honestly life changing in the worst way - everything I touched would get wet, and it killed my confidence and really affected my day to day life.

The first week I was using the dermadry machine I had to use it 4 days in a row . Then the results came out. I couldn’t believe it, it was like dreaming. The following weeks I kept using it twice a week and the results were really amazing. Now 2 months have passed since my first time using it and I only use the dermadry machine once a week. Their machine has been life-changing. Of course I was a bit skeptical at first cause nothing before has helped with my excessive sweating. But Dermadry simply worked. And it continues to work, that is even more important.

Excelent device, have been using it for years with great results, if your thinking of buying One dont hesitate really good quality.

I started my treatment for excessive sweating nearly three weeks ago, with five sessions each week. During the first week, I noticed my hands were sweating even more than usual, which was a bit discouraging. However, after sticking with the treatment for two weeks, I began to see significant improvements. My hands now feel much drier, and although I do experience some itchiness on my hands and feet, the overall reduction in sweating has been remarkable. To manage the itchiness, I decided to reduce my treatment schedule to three sessions per week in my third week. This adjustment has allowed me to keep up with the treatment while also addressing the discomfort. I have found that applying a good moisturizer after each treatment session greatly alleviates the dryness and itchiness I occasionally feel. At this point, I am thrilled to report that my hands and feet no longer sweat at all, which is a huge relief. However, I am still experiencing some sweating in my underarms. I am excited to continue my journey toward a sweat-free life with Dermadry. I truly appreciate this life-changing product and wish I had discovered it sooner!

I had excessive sweating problem ever since I was a child. Especially in summers, at the end of the day I would have a problem of smell even though I use deodorants. I have used dermadry for a month now for my hands, feet and armpits and they have significantly helped me with these issues. I use them often and happy with the results. I love this machine…i had the older version for years and I broke and had to replace it…I was concerned when I saw I needed a prescription, and more concerned when spell checker changed my address on the prescription…but this company was fabulous and made everything so easy and I received the machine in just a few days…the old machine I had to rotate but not this one…it is so convenient that it doesn’t have to be turned to get both the positive and negative charge on my hands…The smaller size is also a major bonus. Honestly you can’t go wrong with this machine or the company…my hands and feet have sweat so badly since I was a child and when I learned of this machine years ago it changed my lifestyle forever because I now have the confidence of dry hands and the CAN enjoy holding hands and greeting someone with a hand shake…IT WORKS!!!!

I hesitated to share this because it’s honestly embarrassing, but I feel it’s important. The past 10 days have been incredibly challenging. I used my dermadry machine, which I’d trusted for years and ended up with a serious burn that only got worse. When I finally went to the hospital, they told me it was a second degree burn. I’ve been given pain meds and a steroid cream to heal it but the pain has been overwhelming and has affected my mood and daily life.

If sharing my experience can help even one person avoid going through this, then it’s worth the vulnerability. Please be careful with these devices.

It really worked, sometimes I still sweat on the sides of my palms and fingers but that's a game changer considering my original status.

I’m really frustrated with Dermadry. I bought it hoping it would help with my excessive sweating, but after weeks of use, it just hasn’t worked at all. The whole process is a pain—the setup is annoying, and the treatment sessions are uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. I stuck with it, hoping for improvement, but I’ve seen absolutely no change.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to get anything back from my insurance company, so I’m out a lot of money for something that doesn’t do what it promises. I regret buying this device and feel like I’ve been completely ripped off. Save yourself the hassle and avoid it.

I was suffering from palm sweating since my childhood. I tried all the remedial options , medicines from pharmacy, carpe lotion but nothing worked for me. Finally i took the risk of this electric devise which i was not having full faith on but amazingly it worked in just 10 days of session and even during very exciting situation or any wether my hand are dry. Honest i was not able believe when i first saw the result. The only thing is its not permanent solution i need to keep doing it every week for persistent result.

The customer service Gil has provided has been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond and have been excellent at communicating. Their outstanding customer service kept me from initiating a refund so that I could still receive my Dermadry equipment when customs held up my order in the mail for almost a month. It is comforting to know that when there are hiccups there is good support to help remedy a situation for such an expensive purchase.
