If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service , they won’t even let you finish what do you want to say. They would closed the chat window, not willing to help with your issue.. they would ask all info from you and denial in the end .. I never encountered this kind of customer service online, rude , rude , rude. Your customer service agent need more training on how to handle issue with orders and manage how to solve it or at least make your customer satisfied with your resolution. I will never buy anything from you, never! Hope it’s all worth it losing a customer..

My son wanted a pair and we received a 30% off coupon code from T-Mobile so I agreed to purchase a pair for him. During the order process while entering the code on the single-page checkout screen I accidentally hit the process order button and it completed the sale without the code. I immediately looked for a way to cancel the order or contact customer service. No cancellation option. I emailed customer service and called. The foreigner who took my call said there was NO CANCELLATION OPTION and that I had to take delivery of the item and then return it. In this day and age, that is totally unacceptable. I JUST ORDERED and they can't do ANYTHING!? It will be easier and faster for me to file a chargeback with my credit card company and refuse delivery on the package. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Das Obermaterial der Stoff ist minderwertig löst sich nach 1,5 Jahren auf. Preis Leistung ist sehr schlecht kosten immerhin zwischen 60 und 70 Euro dann doch lieber Temu die kann ich dann wegschmeißen wenn sie defekt sind.

I am impressed with these shoes not for supporting my foot but for the comfort love them. And such a wide range of styles keep up the great work.

Hey dude EU was not great. The shoes are fine, but not quite what I wanted, but returning was practically impossible and very expensive, so ended up keeping the shoes. Expensive lesson learnt!

Hey dude customer service doesn’t even deserve a star!! If I could deduct stars there would not be enough to take from them!!
I ordered a pair of shoes online requested a return and chose another style of shoe with a different size.
They charged me again for shipping and did not give me credit for the total tax included I paid for the first pair!!
They received my return package on the 9 th and of course I never got notification of that at all I had to live chat them to evens get that info only to be told I still had o wait 10 to 14 days for them to process my return it’s now been 11 days since they have had my return but they say 7 because they don’t count weekends

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

Customer Service is horrendous (not even worthy of 1 star). Stay away from purchasing online, there is a reason there is 1.9M settlement being issued to customers.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, and returned to exchange for a bigger size. When doing the exchange, they required payment for shipping AGAIN for the new pair, so I paid $15.81 for shipping the new pair. I should have stopped right there and ceased my business. How is a company acquired by CROCS charging over $15.00 for shipping one pair of shoes?!?!
I never received the exchange and I had to inquire with customer service as to where my order was, only to find out they are now out of stock.
After 3 calls to customer service, not only did I have to fight for a refund of the $15.81 for refund of the shipping I paid for shoes that were never shipped, but the correct refund for the tax I paid on the original purchase.
I will never again purchase directly from HeyDude!

I would give zero stars if I could. The shoes themselves I love but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I could write a book about how many times I went back and forth all for a simple exchange. For them to end up not even having the shoe in stock anymore. Then not wanting to give me my full refund. DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Just pay the extra in a store.

First off I love the shoes. It is customer service that I have a problem with! They never waver from the script they are handed. So I purchased the shoes and in the process of them being shipped they went on sale plus a coupon code. So the difference was $18.75. A considerable amount. Customer service would not waver! They did I not even answer my question. Should I return the shoes at the higher price and reorder the same pair at the current price at $19 difference? They just referred me to FAQ! And this is not the first time I had to deal with customer service. Come on Hey Dude, you have a great product but that means nothing when your customer service sucks!! Scott

Sono due giorni che mi arrivano mail che il pacco è in consegna, con orari e data, sono due giorni che disdico appuntamenti per aspettarlo... Ad oggi del mio ordine nessuna traccia.. un buon negozio on line cura sia il prodotto ma soprattutto la consegna.

I have bought 11 pairs of Hey Dude Shoes over the years I bought that many knowing the issues I've been having because they help my back and my feet due to neuropathy sadly the soles of the shoes do not last more than six months (AT THE MOST AND THATS BEING GENEROUS) I would love to buy more but if something isn't done about the soles of the shoe I can't see spending 60 to 100 dollars on another pair I feel like I spent enough money with you guys to warrant a response I do love the shoes just not the fact that they dont last any longer than they do when Ive had Walmart flip flops last longer I'll gladly send you pictures of the pair I have currently that were bought in December

Ich habe mich darauf eingelassen, dass ich für die Erlaubnis mir Mitteilungen zu senden 15% Rabatt auf die erste Bestellung zu bekommen. Als der Gutschein Code kam, galt dieser nur für nicht reduzierte Artikel.
Beim Bestellen setzte dann das Programm die Artikel auf den regulären Preis und zog 15% ab, die Schuhe wurden TEURER. Habe versucht die Chat-Funktion zu benutzen: Nach 35 Minuten auf Platz 1 der Warteschlange habe ich aufgegeben. Was ein Schwachsinn ist da programmiert worden.

Hey Dudes has the WORST customer service! If you have an issue, you call in, you get someone from overseas who barely understands you and repeats things over and over. I have called 3 times for different issues, and I ALWAYS get an apology an excuse as to why they can't assist! NEVER AGAIN (wrong size sent, credit or refund for return, gift card given as return doesn't work!) take your business to someone who operates in the US and cares about their customers.

Really comfortable, would recommend them if you have wide feet. I have bad joints in my feet and these help me

Ich habe vor über zwei Wochen HeyDude zwei Artikel zurück geschickt und mir wurde am 01.06. der Erhalt der Rücksendung bestätigt und dass ich innerhalb von 7 Tagen den Betrag von 118,98 € erstattet bekomme. Die Erstattung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten, auf Nachfrage per E-Mail an HeyDude meldet sich DLD (Subunternehmen???) und gibt mir Rückmeldung dass unter meiner Vorgangsnummer angeblich kein Vorgang zu finden sei.
Ich bitte Sie daher, mir den Betrag von 118,98 gutzuschreiben. Retoure hat mich jetzt in den letzten Wochen bereits viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet, bin gespannt, ob ich mein Geld noch wiedersehe...

Their customer service appears to be non existent. I emailed them and was told someone would get back to me but their mailbox is full so it`s impossible to communicate with them. I emailed them from the site and just received links which is a lazy way of dealing with a problem. Not impressed!
