Hey Dude Shoes Arvostelua 

Malgré les avis mitigés concernant le site site de Hey Dude, j'ai passé commande pour profiter des soldes. Et je suis content de dire que tt s'est très bien passé. Chaussures arrivées en moins d'une semaine, en parfait état. Rien à dire sur la livraison ni la qualité des chaussures reçues. Il en est de même pour la seconde commande, arrivée dans les mêmes conditions.Un peu surpris de tous les avis négatifs sur ce site du coup...

Die Schuhe sind toll, der Shop leider eine Katastrophe was den Service angeht. Ich habe ein paar Schuhe retournieren müssen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich circa 30 Tage auf die Rückerstattung warten muss, obwohl die Schuhe bereits seit zehn Tagen bei Heydude im Lager angekommen sind, also fast 6 Wochen auf mein Geld warten muss. Kauft die Schuhe im Geschäft und nicht bei Heydude.de

Frechheit dieser Shop! Kein Kundenservice! Rückerstattung fraglich ob man kriegt. Seit mehreren Wochen kein Geld zurück überwiesen!
Auf keinen fall in diesem Shop bestellen!!

J’ai commandé trois paires de chaussures sur ce site et je n’ai même pas reçu d’e-mail de confirmation ou d’accusé de réception de ma commande.

Les chaussures ne sont jamais arrivées. Il est impossible de contacter le service client, et la rubrique « À propos de nous » ne fournit aucune information utile : elle renvoie simplement à la page d’accueil du site.

Heureusement, j’ai payé par carte bancaire et je vais donc contester le paiement auprès de ma banque.

Si je pouvais attribuer zéro étoile, je le ferais. Je n’en mets qu’une parce qu’il est impossible d’en mettre moins. Une entreprise totalement injoignable, aucune confirmation de commande et aucune livraison.

Au vu de mon expérience, ce site me paraît extrêmement suspect et je déconseille vivement à quiconque d’y effectuer un achat.

I ordered the new brilliant white shoes over a month ago and I also paid for faster shipping and it still takes over a month. It said my shoes were delivered but no package came. I'm in contact with hey dude through freshmodelclothing and they are no help at all. I'm pretty annoyed by this because it seems no one cares about there customers. Oh well.

Ich habe einen Rabattcode über 15 % erhalten. Beim Versuch, diesen Rabattcode online einzulösen kommt die Meldung: ungültiger Rabatt Code kontaktieren Sie die Kundenbetreuung. Das sollte jeder mal versuchen ….der Chat ist abgeschaltet und telefonisch unter der angegebenen Rufnummer: +498007237974 ist niemand erreichbar. So mach ihr keine Geschäfte.

Rückerstattung dauert Ewigkeiten, tut euch den Gefallen und bestellt die Schuh (die echt bequem und schön sind) woanders.
Warte seit über einem Monat auf mein Geld, was mit PayPal bezahlt wurde. Am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet und um Geduld gebeten.

Bestellung geht dafür umso schneller.
Keine Ahnung was da schief läuft.

I love my Hey Dudes, always have! This is a pic of my very first pair, many years ago, plain old navy Wendy’s. But these shoes have been places & done things, from the Florida beaches to Kenny Cheney concerts in Kansas City, MO.! I have probably 30 pair now, more if you include the boots! I really wear 2 different size shoes because of surgery on my left foot, but my Dudes always fit both feet fine, & always a size 8 women’s . I buy them for my 4 year old nephew, (so cute!) & all my friends know that for birthday gifts, they’re gettin’ Dudes, & they love it! Don’t like, can’t wear the knockoffs, I’m loyal to my Hey Dudes! This oldest pair will have to be trashed someday., but for now they’re my River & gardening shoes, & still walk a few trails now & then!

1 ster is nog te veel te noemen wat een slecht bedrijf, je besteld je maat en blijkt 3 maten groter uit te vallen dan retourneren met een fikse hoofdprijs op een slakkegangetje dan meld ik graag omruilen en dan vraag je waar blijven ze en krijg je als antwoord dat heeft u niet opgegeven🤥

Dan hebben ze schijnbaar meer dan een week nodig om je retour te beoordelen en tot op heden nog steeds een geld retour gekregen. Zal wel komen maar nooit meer

Je laisse cet avis pour exprimer mon profond mécontentement face à un service client qui ne place clairement pas la satisfaction de ses acheteurs au centre de ses priorités.
J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures et je l'ai reçue tachée. Ayant un besoin urgent de ce produit, je n'avais malheureusement pas le temps d'entamer une procédure de retour et d'attendre un échange. J'ai donc pris la décision de garder le produit en l'état, tout en contactant le service client pour leur signaler le problème.
La réponse commerciale est tout simplement ridicule :
Aucun geste financier (avoir ou remboursement partiel) n'est possible.
La seule "solution" proposée ? Un code de réduction de 20% à valoir sur une prochaine commande.
C'est se moquer du monde pour deux raisons évidentes :
1 Le site propose déjà des remises de 20% très régulièrement tout au long de l'année. Ce "geste" n'en est donc pas un.
2 Ce code est inutilisable sur les articles déjà en promotion ainsi que sur les éditions limitées.
En gros, on m'envoie un produit défectueux, et pour réparer l'erreur, on m'impose des restrictions et on m'oblige à dépenser à nouveau de l'argent chez eux. Ce n'est absolument pas commerçant.
Première et dernière commande pour moi. Si vous cherchez un service client à l'écoute et une entreprise qui assume ses erreurs, passez votre chemin !

This is the worst web site I have ever tried to order from. Do not trust their site. Called customer service and they could care less about their customers . Never buy from them they are the worst.

L'interface du site n'est pas fluide, la recommandation pointure pose un problème.Mon collègue chausse du 47 il a pris 45, je fais du 37 le site me propose 39 je voulais juste savoir ce qui était pertinent.Au moment de passe la commande, le site bug, néanmoins je me retrouve avec un double paiement PayPal en attente et pas de commande validée. Je prend donc attache avec le service client évidemment qui bascule sur un chatbot très limité et qui se déconnecte tout le temps. Je demande à être appelée, impossible. Je demande un contact mail, inexistant. Chatbot qui revient toujours a la même question de satisfaction du service. Cela m'a décourager de commander.

Bait and switch here, or more accurately bait and take away. Placed an order for two pairs of sneakers and then applied the 40% Memorial Day Sale. The next step on the web site clearly indicated the discount was applied and that the savings would be realized after payment. Not. At no point in the purchase process was ut brought to my attention the discount wouldn't be applied. Called customer support and all I got was someone talking in circles about why it was not applied. Beware of unfulfilled promises.

Ordered the white canvas wally shoes. Comfy for the first couple of hours then issues with feet in complete pain regarding big toe and ball below big toe. Driving in these is a no no as your feet will be in complete pain in the area noted above. As for ANY light colour… stay away! They are complete rubbish as any tiny mark will stain the shoes and you cannot get them out of the shoe, will more than likely spread the mark all over the shoe. Had mine a week and ruined by one tiny mark I tried to remove with a damp cloth. As for putting them in the washing machine… DO NOT DO THAT! They’ll be even worse!!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!

They advertise washability, which they formerly were. However, they’ve added a leather logo tag at the heal that IS NOT washable, bleeds onto the canvas, permanently staining the shoes. So disappointing!

I purchased a pair of the platform Wendy Nova Black size 6, via the online store, 23 April 2026. Upon trying them on, they felt fine. Upon wearing them for more than an hour, I experienced pain across the arch of my foot. I thought they may stretch over time. Unfortunately not. I contacted Hey Dude with photos and in short, no resolution or assistance offered from their side. This is my 8th pair of Hey Dudes. I have always purchased a size 6 and no issues at all to date. As a loyal customer I am disappointed in this experience and this particular style - has anyone else experienced the same with this particular style? Those wanting to purchase you may want to consider the above experience.

I bought a pair of Hey Dude shoes for long walks because they were advertised as lightweight and comfortable, but I was very disappointed with the durability. After regular walking use, the seam at the heel split open, making the shoes uncomfortable and unusable much sooner than expected.

At first, the shoes felt comfortable, but the overall construction and quality did not hold up to normal wear. For a casual walking shoe, I expected much better durability and stronger stitching. Unfortunately, the poor craftsmanship and weak heel seam make it hard for me to recommend Hey Dude shoes to others looking for reliable everyday footwear.

Veryexcited to get my new shoes for vacation. Unpacked the box and put them in my suitcase. Upon wearing them I found they were very uncomfortable and contacted the company to no avail. Couldn't return them and customer service was not helpful at all.

Love their shoes but my god does the website mislead you. I called because the 2-$79 was not working. They gave me a 40% discount for the inconvience without asking what exactly was wrong. I tried putting in the code, says expired. Called again they misread a couple things, no worries. But when I asked why the 2-79 wasnt working she only named out the colors that were available. When the website shows the top colors are for 2-79. I was wrong it was all the way at the bottom, the colors you cant even see that shows what the discount is. She got angry with me for asking the same questions but not getting a proper answer than "its just these colors" when theres multiple shoes. I understand I can be in the wrong but MAKE YOUR WEBSITE MORE READABLE AND HAVE MORE COMMON SENSE WHERE DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE.
