Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe lunedì 21/7 credendo arrivassero entro 3-4 giorni lavorativi (come c'era scritto sul sito al momento del pagamento). Essendo che venerdi 25/7 le scarpe ancora NON erano state spedite, decido di contattare il servizio clienti. Ovviamente non mi hanno dato nessuna informazione utile. Decido allora di cambiare indirizzo di spedizione, dato che martedì 22/7 devo partire e non sarò più nel domicilio che avevo indicato. Contatto allora nuovamente il servizio clienti, cambio l'indirizzo; mi dicono che se ne deve occupare il reparto di competenza, che hanno inoltrato tutte le informazioni a loro. Sabato 26/7 mi arriva una mail che mi avvisa che il pacco è stato consegnato al corriere (BRT). Controllo che l'indirizzo di spedizione sia stato aggiornato, ma ovviamente NON era così. Ich habe meine Rücksendung am 12. Juli bestätigt bekommen. Seitdem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung von 48,99 Euro. Laut E-Mail sollte diese innerhalb von 7 Werktagen erfolgen. Bis heute habe ich trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage weder mein Geld erhalten noch eine hilfreiche Rückmeldung bekommen.
Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht angemessen. Ich kann daher nicht empfehlen, hier zu bestellen, insbesondere wenn man im Fall einer Rücksendung auf eine verlässliche Abwicklung angewiesen ist.
Worth a fiver
In fairness they replaced two pairs that were delivered and left outside my front door and stolen ,but at nearly £70 a pair they are a rip off ,a guy I know bought exactly the same shoe off Temu for £6 just did not have the name on ,these are cheap Chinese manufactured shoes bought by the company for under a fiver and sold for exhorbitant amounts ,just a total rip off by a company who chose a quirky name ,don’t buy !

Ordinate e pagate le scarpe dopo una settimana trovo lo status dell’ordine ancora in lavorazione (sic) decido di rivolgermi al servizio clienti in Albania dove mi rispondono pressoché deridendomi. Allorché deluso vado a annullare e mi ritrovo la richiesta di rendere il prodotto MAI arrivato (io ho il portiere per cui non esistono problemi di mancata consegna). Sto trasferendo il tutto al mio legale, rendiamoci conto e soprattutto me la prendo con me stesso per non aver consultato come da mia sana abitudine prima Trustpilot……. Spero che la mia segnalazione possa essere d’aiuto per altri

Meine bestellung seitens HeyDude wurde ohne angaben von Gründen Storniert, kein Kontakt möglich- außer die Amerikanische Telefonnummer. Jetzt kann ich hoffen das ich mein Geld bekomme, nachdem was ich hier so lese bekommt man krämpfe. Nie wieder!!

J’ai fait un retour car la taille commandé n’était pas la bonne, pas de possibilité d’échanger. 1 mois après toujours aucun remboursement, plusieurs mails envoyés au service client et aucune réponse, téléphone du site n’est pas attribué et le chat aucune réponse non plus
DONT BUY FROM HEY DUDES!
Ordered a pair of hey dudes while I was deployed. I ordered a size 12 men's and they sent me a size 7 females. I explained this to hey dudes and they had me ship the female shoes back but since I wasnt in America I had to pay a extra shipping cost (that Heydude did refund that's the only thing they did right) then I asked them when they were going to send me the right shoes that I paid for at this point a month ago and then they told me they were no longer in stock and said I could get a pair of equal or cheaper value as long as they were the same cost as the discounted price which was 20% off at the time. I just took the refund and cut my losses and will never buy directly from a dude ever again.

Terrible return policy and customer service. First off? My son wears a size 10 regularly. When this shoe came in the size 10 was WAY TOOOOOO BIG!!!!! Once i called for a return? They want me to pay $25.00 to return on top of the $15.00 I paid for shipping!!!

Shoes not actually delivered, company dismissive, fraudulent "proof of delivery"
I get a happy email saying my shoes are delivered. No such delivery. I wait 24 hours and check the uPS tracking. It has a "proof of delivery" photo that does not show a package, and also isn't of my house. I contact Hey Dude and talk to a, well, dude. He says they are having this problem a lot and if the actual package isn't there in 6 days, to contact them again. I say there is a fraudulent POD and he is dismissive and ends the chat. Well, you lost the chance to get a new customer HD. Don't appreciate this dismissive dudeliness and don't definitely need this buck-passing and take-more-time-out-of-your-schedule-to-make-sure-you-aren't-charged-for-a-thing-you-never-got. It ain't an honest mistake if there's obvious fraud... (not that honest mistakes should be dismissed either out of hand, as they are still time out of my day six+ days in the future next I have to make sure I actually get the thing or get a refund)

Have been trying for three days to buy their shoes using the STEAL coupon advertisement. Sent chats to their system and was told it should work. Did not. Tried again this morning and was not told the promo “was over”. But buy at full price to see how I like them. Feeling like this company is a TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH setup. Steer clear!!
Don’t order from Hey Dudes, just buy in a store
So I ordered a pair of Hey Dudes and instantly realized I picked the wrong size but Hey Dudes said there was no way to modify or change the order after it’s received. What? I reached out within minutes. So I would have to return them then re-order. It’s 2025 and they can’t even process a change or modification? Then the courier they use (DHL) is useless and days behind schedule, just to find they go on strike and my order is sent to some other company but I have no name or tracking number. Hey Dudes doesn’t seem to care at all, yet it’s the shipper THEY PICKED. Customer service is lacking and while they’re not rude they’re pretty much useless in my situation. I like the product but I would read the fine print before ordering anything from them. What a joke.
Shipping issues, customer service will lie to you
Ordered 6 items from them. Been now over a month items show shipped, no response from carrier company. Heydude responded 3 times with keep your phone close to you, your order is being delivered soon.
Well days keep going by and shipping update is nonexistent, still stuck in limbo. Not worth the hassle, ordered items to surprise my son (1st time dad) Father's Day gifts. Bought him shoes on Amazon and i should have done originally. Heydude no wonder your review score is so horrendous.

I’m honestly shocked by the level of customer service from HeyDude Shoes. I placed an order two days ago — they took my money instantly, yet the order hasn’t even shipped. I had to chase them for an update myself, only to be told they can’t say when it will be processed. That alone is unacceptable.
Worse still, they refuse to cancel the order — even though it hasn’t shipped and I’ve made it very clear I no longer want it. I’ve explained that I will be returning the parcel unopened, yet they still won’t take the simple, logical step of stopping it now. It’s not just terrible service — it’s wasteful, inflexible, and completely out of touch with modern expectations around sustainability and basic customer care.
So now I’m without the money and without the product, waiting on something I don’t even intend to open. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I won’t be ordering from HeyDude again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
False advertising
This review is more about their false advertising and customer service. I continue to see ads about 20% off your first purchase. I tried using this after all their sign up requirements and it still limits you to only certain styles. No where does it say there are exclusions on the ads. When reaching out to customer service, they just blow smoke up your ass. They lost a customer.

I really hate writing bad reviews and I expected so much more from Hey Dude! We own nearly 10 pairs of Hey Dudes between us. My wife purchased new flip flops for me, thinking we would be as happy with them as our shoes. They were purchased in December and in June the between the toes strap broke with normal wear. It had started discoloring earlier but I still wore them. They weren't overly used, especially since they were purchased in the winter.
We reached out to Hey Dude customer service and the response was unacceptable. John Carlo R. basically said we are sorry about your experience and closed the chat.
So apparently Hey Dude is ok with losing loyal customers and getting bad reviews for not standing behind their products. Shame on you, Hey Dude!
Disgusting business practices
Bought 2 pairs of Heydudes on June 2. Total was $86.79. Today on June 9 both pairs of shoes are on sale for 40% off. The difference in paying $19.06. I called Heydudes customer service number to get a price adjustment because that's a large difference, we're not talking a few cents, almost $20. I got quite possibly the worst Customer Service rep I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She told me they don't do price adjustments. Fine, I'll return both pairs of shoes because y'all aren't screwing me out of my $19.06, luckily they're the Americana women's and men's shoes id gotten for the 4th, so they're sitting in the original shipping box unopened. She tried to tell me I couldn't return them. Uhm yes, your policy is within 30 days, it's been 1 week. Then she said I could return them when I fought back. I requested to speak with management because I was done with this woman at this point. Yes, I was arguing back, but she raised her voice. Through the entire call I requested management probably around 15 times, she never transferred me. After going back and forth arguing with this woman she tried to give me a $15 refund. I refused, the price difference is $19.06, I'm not taking any less than that. After straight arguing with her for several more minutes she did end up giving me a $21 refund. I don't know where she got the # from, I only wanted the $19.06. Never did speak with management. I will never again buy another pair of Heydudes, and considering hubby and I own probably 5/6 pairs each, plus ever how many our 4 kids own in total, they're losing a very loyal customer. Which is sad for them.
