The part was received and under inspection it was as described. Functioned as expected. Shipment was received within reasonable time. I will buy again from hexautoparts.

Had what I needed

Hex Auto Parts had the part I needed and it also appears that stock parts for my ride on lawn mower which is a huge bonus to me. The part arrived when they said it would. Check Out was quick and simple. Found what I needed was in and out as quick as Larry. Cheers Mates, I will deffinately be back.

I ordered cosmetic parts (visors)

I ordered cosmetic parts (visors), instead got an incorrect set (different vehicle) delivered.
They offered a full refund for the error. Would be a repeat customer with the level of Customer service offered.

The quality of the parts was as said

The quality of the parts was as said, I had to make call to make sure the purchase had went through. The staff was nice and made sure that the purchase did go through and gave me the confirmation #. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Terrible customer sevice

Only recieved half of my order, they did not want to return the half that was delivered, said it was too expensive to ship back. Was stuck with half my order and only received a partial refund.

Great experience

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion and the price was the lowest I found. I will look at Hexautoparts the next time I’m looking for parts.
