TERRIBLE QUALITY
I bought the Baggy Fit | Distressed Blue, and after waiting close to a month for them to arrive i was shocked by the poor bad quality of the "denim"
They claim to be denim but i honestly doubt its even denim as they are pure white and see through on the inside.
And then the "distressing" is literally painted onto the pants. The pants have no distressing what-so-ever and are just painted to look like distressing, all under the guise of: "extremely complicated workmanship as the distressing are done" (taken from the item description).
If i didnt have to pay so much in shipping and taxes, i would request a refund immediately, but unfortunately it looks like i will have to keep these sorry excuses for "distressed baggy denim" pants. (wich btw. are super tight fitting, both around the waist and leg opening even though i followed their own measurement system)

You might have misunderstood on what you've ordered without reading the description.
It's mentioned specifically in the description the item you've ordered, multiple times,
"3D-Laser Printed"
"every piece is cut and sewn before printing to ensure sizing and placement matches identically"
"extremely complicated workmanship as the distressing are done before hand on a fresh denim, then screened and printed on another fresh denim"
We wish we could bold the amount of time the word "printed" is mentioned in the description.
You choose to quote the first part of our description and deliberately miss out on the part where it says printed.
We'd be more than happy to offer you a full refund to get the item back.

They are celling fake items from China verry expensive, the same item they celling to us more then 50 pounds you can find them on aliexpress around 15 dollars. I don't recommand any one to buy from them. For my self this is the last time I buy from Hesntls

The pants I ordered were very low quality. The price is very high so my expectations were very high. Buy from mnml.la. way better. And the pants stink. Even after wash the smell doesnt go. I waited almost a month and tried to get a refund and they said I could only get store credit. Very bad store

please add an option for express shipping for those willing to pay more. Free shipping is a nice touch but I needed my order like next day for a trip. Back to the jeans and jacket I ordered, quality is premium and no complains there.

Watch out size + return not fair
Watch out: size difference and return/ exchange policy.
We ordered 1 jean, I had to claim to get tracking information two weeks after order: already a bad start. Once, received, despite measurement duly checked, we noticed the jeans was at least 2 sizes too small, I want to exchange...
Faire enough, I contact the Seller to return, you'll be astonished... they don't pay for exchange you have to send it back to China and pay for tracked package. There are no cheap courier services from Europe to China, the minimum you will pay is 30 EUR. Also : you have to take care yourselves of China imports customs, if you package is not delivered due to poor chinese customs handling, you're grilled.
Seller I recommend you to set up a proper company in Europe handling return, too cheap service.

This is mentioned in the product description as well.
For returns, unfortunately, the price is not quoted by us and you are welcome to look for any cheaper courier that offers tracking for your own protection.
If the return is done following our instructions, there will be no issues with customs.
We take the feedback on having a EU warehouse to handle returns and will look into it.

First and last time ordering from here, order placed for Christmas gift on 11th December, at first no confirmation or details shipping, contacted customer support and 3 days later was told order processed and sent tracking link to find items coming from China, 10 days later still no sign of items according to tracking still in China. I think you should make it implicitly clear where items are being shipped from as majority of customers are from UK/ based in Europe and will not expect such delays. Really poor

Been waiting nearly 4 weeks for…
Been waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery, had no confirmation or anything. Also put the photos of the item into reverse image search after seeing some other reviews and found their clothes are drop shipped from websites like Ali express ( China ) this explains the delivery delay.

Upon checking, your order was placed on the 1st week of Dec, which is nowhere near a month based on your statement.
All our images are taken by our photography studio and if you take a look at our photos, our logo on the tags are visibly present.
This is not the first time AliExpress is using our photos even with our brand logo present.

Wir haben eine Jeans bestellt, die leider nicht passt, der Rückversand ist so teuer und aufwendig und man bekommt nur eine Gutschrift für den Store und keine Erstattung.
Kann man das Geld auch gleich verbrennen. Abzocke.

Most of these reviews are fake
This company is based in China, they will scam you and tell you to pay £60-80 to return whatever you bought back to China, and then after they will tell you the parcel has not come and they cannot refund you. Now I don’t have my product nor the refund.
