Ich habe vor über 4 Wochen einen Artikel bestellt, nach der 5 Email Nachfrage von mir, bekomme ich gestern mitgeteilt, dass es jetzt versendet wurde. Wollte die Sendung jetzt stornieren, geht natürlich nicht obwohl es noch nicht dem Paketdienst übergeben würde. Ich warte jetzt nochmal zwei Wochen. Sonst öffne ich einen Fall bei PayPal. Nur wieder da bestellen!!

No way ever again. Very poor quality, not true to size. Customer service a nightmare. Address in Belgium is just a shell company. Nobody there to receive returned items. Return process hidden on website, illegal in Europe. Finally went through PayPal to get our money back. Took almost two months.

My son ordered a size Medium set for 130€ and a low quality non fitting clothing arrived. The longsleeve was huge and the pants short and tight.
The measurements didn't even match their own fitting charts.

There was no refund and they asked to sent back the clothes for exchange but there is no way to sent back abroad with a delivery service without a scan code.

Note that you have to return the items with your own expenses, but the courier services don't take the parcels back without a barcode from the firm, which wasn't provided although we asked and explained multiple times.

After repeated emailing there was no solution and we lost our money and trust to this company.

Next time we'll try a more loyal brand, this looks like a scam site.

After multiple emails, I finally received the return address and sent the item back at my own expense. I have now received my refund.

However, I would strongly recommend improving your return and refund process. I was not the only customer facing this issue, and it would help you avoid similar problems in the future.

Akzeptiert kein Widerrufsrecht, obwohl dies in der EU verpflichtend ist. Antwortet nur sporadisch auf Anfragen. Am Ende musste ich den Paypal- Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen.
