J ai acheté dans votre boutique en ligne une vêtements une fois reçu la taille ne correspond pas j ai donc demandé un échange vous m avez envoyé les coordonnées pour faire un échange ou un remboursement j ai envoyé le colis a l adresse que vous m’avez donné et le colis est arrivé chez vous depuis le 17 juin mais vous ne me faites pas de retour j ai envoyé au moins 5 mails mais vous ne me répondez pas j aimerais avoir un réponse au plus vite au cas contraire je vais déposer une plainte contre vous pour escroquerie merci pour votre bonne compréhension

It's says 7-14 days for delivery days now I saw the tracking it says almost 3 weeks for my order to be delivered for my place I did email them them in which they tried to help but they can't advertise and mislead people like this it's not fair in all honesty

The fabric feels comfortable and pleasant to wear. After multiple uses, everything still looks well maintained. My order was also processed quickly.

Was told the product would be 1-3d shipping, its now been a week with the product not even being shipped. With the other reviews saying it comes from China, I'm guessing I wont be expecting it for another week and a half.
Don't buy, the site is very misleading.

The large selection of modern pieces immediately caught my attention during my first visit to the store. The quality of my order was solid, and the fit matched the sizing information provided.

Great brand and great products however the delivery time and updates on delivery are some of the worst I’ve experienced the first item I ordered took over a month to arrive which I thought may have been a one off so I’ve ordered again 2 weeks ago now and still no update on despatch or delivery quite disappointing as I had ordered an item for a specific event this weekend and obviously I won’t receive them for this , if you are going to order for a specific event make sure you allowe atleast a month to guarantee you will recieve in time

First order from them and I was a bit unsure at first, but the whole process was smooth from checkout to delivery. Even got contacted before delivery, and the fit matched the website perfectly. Great quality too.

Wasn’t too confident ordering after seeing mixed opinions online, but I changed my mind as soon as my package landed. Quality easily clears brands like Zara and MNML. Definitely buying again.

Had to email them for tracking updates, probably because they were busy, but once I did, the package arrived within a couple days. Quality is honestly insane for the price.

These are probably my favourite jeans right now. Only thing missing is faster shipping options.

Had an issue where they shipped the wrong size, so I contacted support expecting a long process. They replied super quickly, apologised, and sent the correct pair out the same day. Didn’t even ask me to send the other one back first. That level of service is rare now. Already placed another order because of how well they handled everything.

Good customer support and the clothes feel well made. No complaints at all.

The camo shorts are fire. Materials and stitching feel crazy good in hand.

Sent mine back for an exchange and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Was kinda worried after reading some reviews, but the replacement arrived fast and fits perfect now.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve never had such a disgusting experience in my life.

The website clearly claims they are based in the UK – but suddenly the package is shipped from China. Delivery took about two weeks, which is already misleading.

The jacket didn’t fit, so I wanted to return it. That’s when the real nightmare started: no return label, no support, nothing. I have to pay for the return myself – to China (!), with tracking, and if the package gets lost, it’s apparently my problem.

And it gets even worse: the package has to arrive in China within seven days. From Germany, that’s basically impossible. If it doesn’t make it in time, I’m stuck paying everything.

When I contacted them, they didn’t care at all. I just wanted a bigger size, but they refused and kept pointing to their ridiculous policies. Customer service is absolutely awful.

Conclusion: a completely miserable company, disgusting customer treatment, and an overall horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them.

Ordered 10 days ago not been shipped yet even though it says all orders are shipped between 1-3 working days. No tracking info received, no item received yet and now it will not arrive for when i needed it by.

Ordered 24 Feb 2026. As of 24 March 2026 still not delivered. Dispatch was slow and customer service is poor. Wouldn’t recommend.
