DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!
I bought a pair of pants in November 2022. The package was allegedly sent to the wrong city and returned to him.
I asked if they could send me the pants again and they replied that the package had not yet been returned to them and they could only send it back once they received it.
To date almost 3 months have passed since the pants have returned and they keep telling me that they have not arrived.
I lost 70€ and I didn't receive anything and they didn't even want to give me a refund.
not to mention the terrible customer service who didn't try to help me in any way

Just don t buy anything from them.
If something gone wrong.. they won t even answer you anymore.
They ll just take u money!!
PS: I LOST 180E AND I didn’t get anything , also ..the good reviews are fake)

Jeans that came in are really nice quality, but i got a flawed pair. I got a wrong colour used in 1 part which is really visible, because it's dark on a white pair of jeans. The return policy is really SHlTTY. It's their fault that they sent me a flawed product, and i still need to pay for the exchange shipping, which is 1/3 of the jeans price. Don't recommend them if you don't want to risk wasting money.

I want to say the service I recieved was really good. Although it felt like ages waiting for the shipment, it was still with in the time frame specified. I sent an email enquiring about my item and recieved a swift helpful responce.

M size mens jacket was just right for my son, if anything a little big but it's good to have growing space.
Jean's fit perfectly! Lucky I got 2 pairs cant get my son to take them off! lol

All I'd say is to try to get quicker shipping times, as my shipping was 7-14 days from the order date 3 days before.

Item was of cheap quality. Tried to return but would only get a credit note. You have to pay for a tracking service to return item to China, was going to cost me £25!! Not worth the extra expense for a credit note. Will not buy from here again.

The delivery and customer service is atrocious. I ordered 23rd november, had to ask for an update which I got on the 3rd december. Today is the 9th of december with no update and customer service says it's on the way, not giving me any information on where it is. Appalling really, avoid buying!

it costs almost as much to return the product as the item itself.

Dieser shop is der wahnsinn habe mir 2 bestellt und was soll man sagen die gr ist toll der tragekomfort ist ne 1+* und das designs sind extrem geil grad wenn man auf ausgefallen steht und die quali ist auch toll
Im gross und ganzen dieser shop ist nur zum empfehlen kuss geht raus an die mitarbeiter ihr produziert extrem geile klamotten(jeans auf jeden fall)

Terrible. Delivery take a very long time, to return, they give you an address to send the clothes back to, it cost me £20 to send the parcel off and when I did the tracking showed that it took 3 months to actually get to customs and then the seller never accepted it to come back causing it to take another 3 months to return back to me. Overall I spent £55 on jeans and £20 on postage so I wasted £75 of my money on this. Think before buying and ensure the sizing will defo fit you otherwise you’ll be buggered like me !

-Quality is very poor
-XL is too small for slim guy
-Returns are unprofitable, because you’ve to send your order back to China at your own expense (cost from europe around €40)

Be Aware off return - you shal send it too china!!!
It is vers expencive, more that the product is vallved.

The clothing isn’t true to size + when you want to exchange it for another size they make it a really long, incompetent to do so. Also it cost a lot just to send it back to there warehouse in china. I’m still appalled by there service & definitely won’t be shopping from here again!

Amazing service delivery was very fast is well. The jeans are true to their size they fit perfectly I will definitely buy again. Thank you for the product and the service I have received.
