Take your money then don’t deliver the item

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give NONE.
Item ordered before Xmas 2021. ‘Tracking number’ is total BS. Item never delivered/arrived. Helkay promised to refund “within 10 days” Nothing received. Ended up getting a refund through PayPal. My advice is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH HELKAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Steam iron is horrible plastic rubbish nothing like the advertisement. £16.99 to send it back i put it in the bin i have learned a lesson never buy from Helkay again

The item they sent was incomplete and not what the website show. Also I got a virus from them.

Scammed! Company uses images of other manufacturers and refuses to refund.
Ordered a puzzle and got an empty box! Was told to ship it back for $85 and they will refund once they confirmed it was received.

Ordered model car engine for grandsons birthday Tracking via Royal Mail showed it delivered to Runcorn Cheshire I live near Cardiff
Emailed them got prompt reply will ship another if you agree
Agreed and asked for another tracking number ehich they have never given
Asked 3 more times for tracking never got any reply exept for be patient
Agreed its a scam

It's a scam. Always delivers to the wrong address. Will kindly reship until the clock runs out.

This company / person is purely SCAM They rake your money then goes to a wrong address.
The wrong address also doesn’t have the goods as info is given via Aust Post.
Extreme caution trust no Chinese company

Same experience as everyone else. Total scam job. They give an incorrect tracking number that delivers to the wrong address. When you complain they say the shipper indicates it was delivered. They apologize and say they'll send another. Then they disappear.

Avoid them like the plague. I just wish I knew where to report them so no one else gets ripped off.

This site appears to be a total con, I ordered the model engine for Xmas 2021 was give a false tracking code contacted them several times by email, got apologies and promises to have a new order posted

I saw the advert on Pintrest who recommended this supplier, I advise anyone not to use this con site

I can only confirm everthing other customers already wrote. I ordered in October as chrismas present, ask several times, they answered on 15.11., that they had shipped, again several times requested, on Dec 25th they wrote, that they had delivered the parcel on Dec 4th, but I didnot get anything. Several Mailings, nothing till today...(17.2.). No parcel, no money back. Don´t order anything there!!!

I ordered an Orrery model of the Solar System in November 2021 for a Christmas present in December 2021.

Helkay gave me an incorrect tracking number which was delivered to an address in London (I live at the other end of the UK). So essentially I was waiting for a parcel that was never going to arrive. That is, if they ever sent it in the first instance!

From start to finish I have had to badger them every week since. I was refunded by PayPal because I chose the option of not opening a case against Helkay.

That said, they stated they would send me another model to compensate for all the frustration caused. I also asked if they could confirm my actual address and a correct tracking number. Suffice to say now they are not responding to any emails.

I have also contacted Pinterest as their advert could still be viewed on this platform. Looking at other similar adverts by a company called Mixcun, it appears Helkay is now trying to cheat new customers out of their hard earned cash by establishing another rip off site in 2022 stealing customers money. You just need to look at the email addresses, under 'Contact Us', of these 2 companies and the same email ending in @163.com is apparent.

Anyone reading this must contact Pinterest and your Government to stop this company trading.

Helkay brings down the reputation of the rest of Chinese companies.

I also ordered engines and 3 months later got a tracking number that said it was dropped off on porch in Florida I live in Oregon they respond to every e-mail and say it is being reshipped, it would seem that I have been scammed as-well

Items ordered never arrived many emails promising delivery but nothing has arrived in almost 12 months still trying to get a refund!!!

Item didn't arrive, and a long argument to fight for a refund, still not paid.

The pictures online were obviously photoshopped and very misleading for the product we purchased. We would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Very unhappy!!

I ordered an Orrery for delivery before Xmas. The delivery company said it had been delivered but it hadn't. I informed Helkay but they wouldn't say who the courier was. They said they would send me a new one. It never arrived. And it still has not arrived. I believe it is a scam but they are still advertising the item. I would love to receive it. Helkay has now blocked me...Great customer relations
