I don’t even want to give the one star. I am only awarding one star for the chance to warn people about this company. What you see is definitely not going to be what you get. You will be severely pissed and disappointed. I ordered the four set of garden goblins. Nothing they show in their images of the products are even close to what I received. They literally look like dollar tree figurines. Terrible! The worst part is once you figure out the craziness to send it back it will just cost you more money and stress in the long run. It’s a complete rip off. Scam. Just avoid.

I ordered two engine models for Christmas last year. They sent the models to the wrong address. They refused to sending new ones to the right address and refused to refund my money. There a rip off scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

It's a complete scam. Never got what I ordered or a refund. I wish I saw this site before I bought something from them.

I had to write a review because I ordered a chicken door from Helkay and it arrive in working order. Had I read this site before ordering, I would not have ordered from them. The product is not of high quality, but it works and I got what I paid for. Maybe I was lucky. But I had to share that at least one customer had a satisfactory experience with Helkay.

Volgens track en trace geleverd bij de buren. Maar dat klopt niet. Bij navraag gaf met aan dat ze het pakket opnieuw zouden versturen. Gevraagd naar track en trace maar niemand reageert meer.
Het lijkt op een slimme manier tijd te rekken om de betaling niet te hoeven terug te betalen
Bij creditmaatschappij melding gevraagd en dit geld weer terug te storten

The side of the business that collects your money is working beautifully. I’m convinced the side where they stock any of the products you see, LET ALONE ACTUALLY DELIVER THEM, doesn’t exist. Absolute scam, learn from my mistake!

Complete scam site. They take photos from other sellers such as Etsy then give them bargain prices. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. have photos showing how photos have been ripped off from etsy. Shame can't upload photos. But it is a scam. If you have bought anything from them on your credit card do a charge back and report as fraud.

do not do business with this company. i have been waiting for my item since christmas, it is now may 2022. they have promised the item is being shipped several times but nothing. finally they stopped answering my emails. i requested a refund and all i hear is nothing.

Been waiting a month for item. Ordered 4/11 today 5/11 they sent an email stating delivered no delivery. I’ve emailed them. Funny my bank card was also hacked.

I would put minus 0 stars. I ordered a Grand Orrery solar system, as a present. When I looked up tracking order it stated that on 2 May that my parcel had been delivered on 3 May and handed to customer. The dates started my brain bells ringing. Contacted HELKAY they sent a reply saying they are looking into shipping etc. Now I have heard nothing from them - even though I have sent further emails. Just wish I had looked them up on Trustpilot before I put order in. Stupid me.

Do not order . I also have been scammed. They send a message saying your parcel has been delivered, you email back and tell them you haven’t received any parcel . They say they’ll send another one , obviously nothing arrives so I asked for a refund . Still waiting after countless emails and false promises. They need to be took down from all sites

This company is a total ripoff. I saw the ad. For the v8 motor you put together and get the second motor at a better price. Dumb ass me ordered both. I only got one and it’s not even parts to put together. It’s a molded plastic model of the v8 engine they advertise on Pinterest. Painted and the a rubber band for the belt on the front of it. If I could send pics on here I would.

Disclaimer: I am not the type of person to complain or slander a company for making mistakes. However, this particular situation calls for caution for future buyers. I decided to purchase one of their 6 in 1 brushes for horses/pets. The videos were very convincing that it brushed the undercoat of dog's fur to minimize shedding. I watched the video several times and was convinced it would work. They even displayed a video of a customer brushing their dog and it seemed to work great. Even if the product "sort of" worked I would have been ok with it, but the product does not work at all. No fur came off of my dog when brushing her. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service they said I have 3 days to provide the tracking # or no refund would be applied. When I asked if they would cover the cost of shipping they said no. The shipping cost was a few dollars less than the price of the product. When my husband took the package to the post office, they said they receive a lot of return packages for Helkay CO - "at least 3-4 per week". So please be careful when purchasing from Helkay

Ich habe im Januar 2022 bei Helkay in England einen Motorbausatz bestellt , aber trotz zig Erinnerungen bis heute nicht bekommen . Habe leider damals per Vorkasse bezahlt .

Saw their advert for a model V8 engine kit on Pinterest.These lovely engines go for around £995 a go,so when I saw the advert on Pinterest for one but at a LAST CHANCE 50% off and a ridiculous price of £36 from a RRP £72 I realised it had to be a scam.I got onto their website and e mailed them the following Saw your advert for V8 model engine kit .Well I’m warning you now your Scam has been rumbled.I’m sending a message on TRUSTPILOT to warn people of your disgusting con.Hope your collared soon by the law you SCUMBAGS. Hope you all read this and don’t use these rats.Just remember if it’s to good to be true ,it’s probably not.Take care beware.Hope this helped.

I am ashamed to say that I have been scammed by this dreadful rip off merchant.
I dont even want to give one star, but you have to in order to lodge the review.
Purchased 3 items and they even sent me a fake message with tracking details (with non descript locations) to tell me the items were delivered at my address...
When I hadn't received anything, I immediately contacted Helkay, to which they responded a day later to say they apologise and will re-arrange the delivery... (not even flinching about the fact they told me had been delivered!)...
Needless to say, nothing was re-sent and now after 3 months of being lied to and fobbed off - theyre still promising a refund... haha... what a shower of clowns!
Just as someone else has stated - they will take your money and keep you at arms reach with constant promises, all with no intention of fulfilling.
I only wish I had checked here and seen the unanimous negative feedback on this lousy dishonest outfit.

Even paypal have been useless, they did nothing to help me recover the money I've been scammed out of.
I find that very disappointing and have now realised the "protection" they provide is actually just a hollow sales pitch!

Do not deal with this company whatever you do!!

Besteld bij Mixcun (mixcun ad 163.com email does exist and replies), maar niet geleverd (wel email dat het bij mij is afgeleverd). Vriendelijk contact, maar niet geleverd, en geen geld terug gekregen (werd wel beloofd). Ik ben er ingetuind vrees ik.
