Run, don't walk away from this company. It appears to be a scam by my experience.

Helkay completely sucks. Run!! Don’t buy anything from them. Promised 2 day shipping December 15, just arrived January 21, I time for Christmas next year. Their email is fake,(helkay163.com) the junk they sent was NOT what was pictured. Complete china junk scam

Ito bought this for a grandson for christmas exspecting it to be a kit to biuld and muchl larger when it arrivedwas found to be acast block on any good as an ornament what a con olease delete one star rating as this was the only way to continue

Ordered the two model engine kits for a Christmas present. It never arrived. Gave me a tracking link after Christmas passed which was shady to say the least. Finally received an email stating my package was delivered to my front porch. It never arrived and my security cameras can prove that. Their claiming it was delivered but offered to resend the package but I cannot count on that. I should have read reviews before ordering.

I ordered the Grand Orreray, got a cheap version all broken down, fortunately PayPal gave me back my money.. My question is: Why PayPall caution these scammers, the reason why I ordered this item is that I saw that PayPal was advertise on their site and that gave me confidence...

i made the same mistake.. didnt see it would ship from china.. bought 3 garden fairies... cheap.. not like the videos.. they said its the customers responsibility to return.. i just checked ups.. $272 to send them back.. wish the websites would ban their listings

Horrible!!! Nothing like the video of fairies sculptures...not even close! Scam....FALSE ADVERTISING!!! BUYER BEWARE:(

I bought 1 of these motors but never received it. Its been months and was a Christmas present for my husband...hohoho
What are you going to do about it
Somebody somewhere needs to do something about this company and gets refunds out to all of us that got scammed. Isn't there a government agency that checks into this kind if thing?

Disappointing. No way to contact them except by email. I ordered on 11/27 and was not able to cancel my order on the 29th. Garden ornament is nothing like the image. Water/food bottle was also misrepresented. Please shop locally.

Scam. Ordered metal sculpture for garden. 40 bucks. Not like the picture at all which was charming and very 3 dimensional. I wouldn't pay more than $5-10 bucks for what arrived at my door after 21 plus days. Ugh! Wish I had seen these reviews.

This company is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Hopefully you read these reviews before you make the same mistake that I did. You will not get what you think your ordering and you are responsible for the return shipping to get your money back even though your not at fault! I chose to cut my losses now because I’m very sure they wouldn’t return my money anyway.DO NOT order from this company!! I’m sure it’s owned and run by the devil himself!!!

Just a scam site. I didn’t research until after I purchased the cheap engine kit and discovered a real kit like shown was over $400 and not the $40 from Helkay.

I feel like an idiot, but hopefully PayPal or my bank will refund the Money.

1 star was one too many for this outfit. Ordered the Kinetic Sculpture on 11/23/21 and never recieved an order confirmation number. After several messages asking for it and a tracker, a tracker was provided, but item has not moved after 6 days. Amazon they are not. I will review the product if it ever arrives, but at this point expectations appear to mirror those of the other reviewers. I didn't see any that rose to 2 stars. Wish i would have reviewed prior to ordering

I bought the Wind Powered Kinetic Sculpture from Helkay. The video of the product looked to good to be true and it was. The site did not have measurements of this item, so that should have been a heads-up. Item post that goes in the ground was 2 feet tall at least the woodchucks would have enjoyed it. Item was also made cheaply and was broken when I received it. Concept of this kinetic wind sculpture is great but needs someone to build it stronger and taller. I will chalk this experience up as a loss and not order from overseas again.

ordered two items for Christmas and their site says they were shipped and shows that they have been delivered but they HAVE NOT. Still waiting for a reply or refund

Like the others, the video of the product looked too good to be true, and it was. Got the cheap lump of painted plastic. Since I paid through PayPal, I filed a refund request through them, not even bothering with Helkay. Eventually Helkay offered a partial refund: $6.00. Since there was no "FU" option, I chose "Refused." Then it was in PayPal's court and they finally issued a full refund. Still have the cheap crap plastic engine lump. I'm considering drilling through it and using it as a Christmas tree topper. Avoid these M-Fers like the plague.

I too ordered the ‘metal’ working engine that was shown as a high quality item on both Pinterest and their web site. A piece of total crap - badly painted plastic - arrived by courier. So much for the Christmas present idea. I’m now going to flood social media sites about this scam. Please feel free to do the same.
