I'm in the same boat as everyone else with Helkay. Placed order for three items and never received items. This business controls the narrative with 17Track so they enter anything they want to show items have been shipped and delivered. Also, I paid for my items through PayPal. How can PayPal allow a business to use their services to steal from the public. This gives the public a sense of false security. PayPal needs to step up to the plate and not allow Inspacap Business Inc. AKA: Helkay to use their services. This will at least stop some of the stealing.

I never receive the life-like-Garden Art-bird Garden I bought. They give me at a tracking number that said it was delivered to a different address other then mine. I contacted them and they said they would reship it but never heard from them again and I never received my item I bought. This company is a total scam!

Purchased a kindling Kracker, waited a month and a half for it, when it arrived looked nothing like the ad suggested. Contacted the company they told me to send pictures, I did they told me to send it back for a refund. It would cost me double to send it back to receive my purchase price. Company is a total scam do not buy anything from them they are 100% rip off.

Unfortunately these folks are not reputable. Waited for my delivery for weeks. When in inquired about my order, they said it was delivered. I have cameras for security. No delivery occurred. I contacted these folks again. No response. 5 times I have attempted to get a refund. No response. 55$ gone. Save ur time and money

I purchased a garden Gnome, advertised was the cutest Figuring,it was a set of 4 , and thank God I only got one at a time, couldn't afford the others right now and for the price I thought it was good what I got was was hours of tears, And something that doesn't even resemble the product that I was so hoping for..I sent an email with no reply..

If I could, I would give Helkay a "0" rating. I ordered an Orrery in June , received an email saying that they put down the wrong address, but would mail my items again. Never received them, and Helkay has ignored all other emails.

Warte seit einem halben Jahr auf meine Lieferung, leider vorausbezahlt. Zuerst falsche Trackingnummer zum online Verfolgen mitgeteilt. Immer wieder neuen Liefertermin. Paket mit dem beworbenen Stargate Model kam nie an.
Kann jetzt keine Mail mehr an Helkay senden, werde anscheinend blockiert.

Never buy from Helkay total scam company. I spent $104 on the garden eagle and owl and never received it. They have no refund policy for items never received by the customer. The company’s return policy, you have to pay shipping cost to China. Which is a minimum of $100. What a joke. Don’t buy anything form these clowns. Worthless company and a bunch of thieves.

If I could, I would give Helkay a "0" rating. I ordered 4 kitchen items in April, received an email saying I needed to contact the USPS to pick up the package. When I contacted the USPS, I was told it was sent back to Helkay. Emailed Helkay, they said they put down the wrong address, but would mail my items again. Never received them, and Helkay has ignored all other emails.

I too wish there was a no star option. I ordered an automatic chicken door. I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered to Florida. I live in California. I too have sent emails with no response. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company. I knew the price was too good to be true. Good luck to anyone who uses this company.

If there was a NO Star I would have clicked it. This is a total scam. At first, they replied, then nothing.

I ordered a troll from the website. I haven't received. I have emailed no response. I am contacting PayPal and AMX for a refund and to place a fraud alert.

I placed an order that got lost. They asked if I wanted a new order shipped. I asked for the new tracking number. Nothing. I have not heard anything out of them since. My Christmas present for someone is now gone. Why?? I'm deeply saddened by this. I really wanted this product.

July 2022, The reviews are spot on. My order (if I was to believe the tracking number provided) went to Tennessee, but I live in Illinois. An interesting note is that when I went to PayPal to file a dispute the company provided a link promising to refund my purchase in one day instead of going forward with a PayPal dispute. I tried that and YES my money was refunded. Seems to me that the company wants to resolve the issue internally without involving PayPal. Something definitely not right here. I won't be ordering here again.

Well my experience was the same as everyone else. I ordered an eagle ornament. They took my money gave me a tracking number and then said shipment was delivered. It was not! Started sending them emails and I believed they were going to look into it. Now I think they are somehow blocking my emails. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection. Everyone should do this and place on Facebook to let people know how this company takes your money, say they made the delivery, you complain, they say refund in 10 business days, no refund, and than they start to block your emails. We can't let these crooks get away with taking from us,

Scam, I was sent a fake tracking number. They show it delivered it never was delivered. Why do USA websites allow these types of companies to even advertise to US citizens?? No protection for consumers from such a bad company. stay away from Helkay!!!

I don't even rate this company with a star it is a sham company and you need to be very careful. I ordered a Dancing Spirit lawn ornament in February and never received Helkay said it was sent to wrong address and they would resent - they lied. I filed a claim with my credit card company and finally got refung. There is no way to contact Helkay----be careful with ordering.
