They claim to have delivered items when they haven't. They gave me fake tracking information which can't be tracked anywhere.
100% fake company just stealing money from a unsuspecting public. All their advertisements should be removed from host websites.

ordered a log splitter, the tracking info says they delivered it....to what appears to be the wrong address. Haven't heard from them. Scam.

Scam company. Don't order from these thieves!

This company sold me a product similar to one mentioned in other reviews. They create an artificial tracking number and then never delivered the product. I emailed them with no response. HOWEVER, if you paid with PayPal and start a claim to get your money they have a desperate message requesting you not report them to PayPal but use an email they provide to contact them. I went through PayPal and got my refund.

I did not get the item, I've ordered, I've spent 55 Quid on a DIY engine model to build and did not receive it.
This needs to stop! If this is a scam, then how is it being advertised on the web?
I need to get back the amount I've spent.

Dont touch with a barge pole..bogus site , my stories are same as revues ive just read, they probably use a different site by now with exactly the same purpose in mind BEWARE...

I bought a log splitter from the in September of this year. I only heard from them after 5 weeks. I have since not heard from them. Ripping off customers seems to be the only thing they do. They never answer or reply. The last reply to me was I'll check. Everything about this business is bogus. Don't waste your hard earn money on them.

Fraud! From the start. Do not buy anything from any of their sites.

I never got the item I ordered. I wrote to them at least 20 times and they kept swearing the package was on its way. Now they won’t respond to me

Ordered flying Eagle and told it shipped. Order never received and unable to get in contact with the company.

Spent 19.00 for a micro cam just got an empty package in the mail. I got off easy by not spending a larger amount. **NEVER AGAIN WITH THE LOSERS!!

Thieves. Ripped me off over $200. Even sent a shipping arrived email. Just complete crooks. How do you get these guys back ? I’ll give a $50 reward to someone who can genuinely track them down.

never received my clock. was told they would send another one. still nothing and now they wont respond. I turned it over to AMEX

Would give this less if allowed. Ordered kindling splitter, waited months. They claimed it was delivered. Still,waiting. Asked for refund, they wanted to send it to mr. STILL FIGHTING FOR REFUND!

Sent money through PayPal with not much help, the company that I ordered the product through messaged me that the parcel had been delivered, I notified them and was told it would be reissued. This product was ordered on the 22nd July 2022, I'm guessing that I am not going to recieve what I ordered and write off $115.60. Absolute LOWLIFES.

I place an order on Helkay, and this website send the item to the wrong place, and no one response when I trying to contact seller. I paid by bank card, how come a bank allowing a scam seller receive money like this. Never back to Helkay again.
