Ich habe einen Motor Modelbausatz bestellt, kam nie an. Als bei Helkay angefragt habe, haben sie mir geschrieben es ist versendet. Ich habe kein Versender, keine Daten, bekommen, auch keine Antwort mehr. Geldi ist weg. Schlichtweg Betrüger. Schade dass solche Firmen existieren dürfen, echt arm.

HELKAY IS BOGUS, DECEITFUL and they took our money and have never responded with an honest revolution...…we were deceived by their false advertisement and we demand that the appropriate authorities' take action to stop this deception. fraudulent scam....I never received my order of $104.48....its been over a month and we still have not received our order...…
I will report this to the BBB.

No response from company after my order was placed. Website is now gone. If you used Paypal for payment contact them for a resolution. A company named Inspacap is offering refunds for those scammed.

There should be a half star or zero star rating. Items ordered and never received. Only way to get customer service is to email and they just respond with it should have been received and we’ll look into it. We ordered two items back in October. They charged us almost $100 and sent a bogus tracking number. Then updated their website saying it was delivered like 14 days later. Then they said they’d refund the money in 10 days and that still hasn’t happened. I’ve reported them on Pinterest and recommend everyone report them anywhere they can to stop this from happening to others.

Well I ordered these snapped together garden planters and it’s been over a week, still no confirmation on my order.!!!!! I have emailed and no response!!! It says thru respond in 25 hours, no thru don’t!!! They dont even have a phone number!!!! Scammed again I guess!!!

Awful. They shipped item to wrong STATE! Thank goodness I purchased through a secure payment company cause my money was returned.
Do NOT buy from this company.

Same as all the others, ordered an engine, paid via paypal and supposedly delivered to an address in NY (not even close to my address on the order). Package and tracking num untraceable. Thankfully paypal refunded me. Just an fyi I have seen the same type of motorized model engine online elsewhere for better than 3x what they claim to sell it for!

Same story as everyone else I am afraid and I was really looking forward to finally getting my engine until I found this website just now.

Submitted a dispute with Paypal when the order didn't arrive, hopefully they can sort the money.

Why do Pinterest keep allowing them to advertise on their site.

Ordered a log splitter on 11/23/22, paid with pay pal, tracking number provided. Shows package arrived in Odenton, MD. on Dec. 06, 2022. Today is 12/22/22, no response to email, no package, yet Pay Pal shows a withdrawal of $62.98. Filed a claim with Pay Pal today. Buyer DO NOT purchase a rock from this company! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Paid for an item in August 2022, still waiting for package, they said it had been delivered with a tracking number, TOTAL LIE, reported to pay pal, they were about as useless as possible, closed down my complaint, couldnt complain again as it was over the time allowed, however i was trying to sort it myself with helkay, what a joke of a company. total SCAMMERS do not buy anything from them

Never delivered my order. Tracking claims it was delivered to somewhere named Garrison.

They got me, I placed a order for my grandson for Christmas and it never arrived, tried to email them, no response. I guess he will have to settle with the socks I got him. I am heart broken. Why does pintrest keep them on the site knowing they are fake.

They got me too, I ordered a log splitter, their ads are very convincing on Pinterest :( no Christmas gift for my husband now, it never arrived. The address I went to was helkayshop.com

Yea they got me too! In the sum of a $150.00 when I ordered 3 item’s from them. Play the game pretty well with saying your packages are on their way and then eventually say they were delivered. Only nothing was delivered at all. I wrote to them and they responded back saying they would check with the Logestic company to see what happened to my packages? Haven’t heard anything from them since! With so many of these reviews showing so many people not getting their packages you would think someone would take down their site so others don’t keep getting taken. Worse part though is I know better not to check reviews before buying from a company and I flat forgot to check this time! Btw, when I say check reviews, I mean on a site just like Trustpilot . Those reviews on some of these sites can’t be trusted as real reviews. Especially when you’re not able to put your own reviews on the same site! Always check those reviews before buying anything or sooner or later you’ll get taken! Trust pilot one of the best ways to check before buying anything so you hopefully don’t get ripped off! This ruined my Christmas this year since nce these items were supposed to be Christmas present and now I don’t have any! Beware of Helkay!

Unfortunately they caught me as well.
Ordered the V8 engine kit, and it was delivered elsewhere. I found the item online through an ad, but I don't remember which site.
Fortunately, I disputed through my Chase Bank account and they issued me a credit.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 slingshots, paid for them and they were never delivered. There is no human to communicate with, no phone number to call and they are just scamming people. They gave me a fake tracking number and agreed to refund my money but never did. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a fraudulent company.

Can't do less than a star, or I would. Pinterest shows them as validated but they are just waiting to steal from you. They won't ship, they won't credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. PINTEREST, PLEASE GET THEM OFF YOUR WEBSITE.
