Same as all the rest. Ordered Jan 2, contacted on Jan 13 saying it was shipped. On Jan 31 I responded to email indicating I had not received anything, received a response email saying one would be re-shipped. Then I opened these reviews. Contacted Pay Pal and was reimbursed.

We were told is was being shipped, we still have not received it.
No word from them.

Same issue as everyone here. Ordered product(log splitter) fell for the 1/2 price as other sites. Shipping tracking email said delivered to another city. When I tried to track using the number provided it did not exist. Emailed company several times and did not receive a repsonse. I was lucky to use PayPal and started a claim with them. website is now helkayshop.com.

Do not purchase from this sham! Ordered log splitter. The tracking went to a completely different state. Inquired at their email of helkay AT 163.com numerous times. They would respond a few days after the inquiry and asked if I wanted another to be shipped or reimbursed. After the next did not ever ship, I requested a reimbursement. They agreed and it would appear within 10 business days - still no reimbursement. This all began on Nov. 21, 2022. Terrible company that steals peoples Christmas presents and hard earned money! Scammers!

I ordered an item at around $50 on the site (I was very naive because this item is usually offered at over $700). I then received information on the route of the delivery to my mailbox. However, I never received anything. I made a claim with Paypal and I was reimbursed fairly quickly by Inspacap Business Inc.

No Product has ever reached Australian tracking, a massive lost over $1200, angry ripped off pensioner!!!!

SCAM COMPANY. Same review as all the others. I ordered a log splitter. They sent an email saying it was delivered but it never came. No phone number is available! You Can't talk to a person. I got one email saying that they would look into it but they never responded after that. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. RUN! I sent them about 10 emails responding to the first one that they sent to me on Oct 20 2022. Order Never received No. HK00045745

SCAM - Do not order from Helkay!!
I ordered (2) log splitters and received notification (with untraceable routing numbers) that the package was delivered to York, PA (nowhere near my location). I contacted them via email and they agreed to reship the package - but the same thing happened again (-> delivered to York, PA). They stopped replying to my multiple inquiries - still no product.

Same Problem as the other reviews! SCAM, I ordered the wood splitter and it never arrived. Tracking says delivered to a city 1.5 hrs away from me. HELKAY the fraudsters? never answered any of my emails and made NO attempt to make right. Tracking can't help you as they have no listed address, phone number or contact person.

SCAM - ordered garden art, was told it was out for delivery, never arrived,then they fail to respond to further emails. DO NOT ORDER AS GOODS NEVER DELIVERED !!

I ordered a wood splitter and they notified me it was delivered but it never arrived. They do not have phones and they do not respond to the multiple emails I have sent. I think they are scamming everyone.

Scam. Never delivered what I ordered and only responded to one of my emails to say they would follow up but never did. I ordered the log splitter but it never came even though I got a delivered notification. No telephone or website contact. Just an email. Unbelievable - this company should be brought up on fraud charges. Some avenues I welcome other defrauded customers to explore (as will I):

Actually a minus 0 rating. They are a SCAM. Something needs to be done about them. Same story
as all these other reviews. Still no response from them
and no kindling splitter.

Never bought anything from them but they’re trying to sell a scribing gauge for over $60AUD (allegedly 1/2 price). It’s advertised on Pinterest too. I bought the exact same gauge on Aliexpress for around $3AUD. You’d have to be crazy to given them your money. Stay away from these scammers.

Ordered a log splitter 12/12022. Supposedly shipped 12/5 and purportedly deliver to some place in another state 12/17. Contacted via email 4 times with no productive response. Totally bogus. Nothing but thieves

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered this item!!!! Says delivered and ready for pick up! I paid for shipping. Says I can pick it up in Dover! Where the hell do Inpick it up in Dover!!?! I ordered over a month ago for Christmas. I just saw it and thought what a great idea. Nope stupid idea. Never getting money back. Total scam!!!

This company doesn’t want to improve. I wish I had looked at this before I bought. I ordered the small log splitter and the garden birds…$200… they don’t respond to emails. There should be a way to shut them down. Thanks for this platform- maybe we can save some people.

Ordered in November, nothing received and no reply to emails. I would not recommend anyone to order from the company.

Horrible scam of a company. They have promised my since September that they were sending me my garden owl. Said they delivered it one time but not to this address. I'm calling BS since I gave them a 2nd chance and still no owl but they got my money!
