Ripped off just like everyone else. Took my money and gave me nothing.

Things did not go well with this company ordering this log splitter. Fraud all the way. This company would only accept payment from paypal. That was the best thing that could have happen. I was contacted by Paypal since they step in that I will be receiving a refund from Inspacap Business Inc. Written in Chinese. I am encouraging all of you if you paid by paypal and contact them to open up a claim on this fraud company Please don't email me regarding what I wrote. I will not answer them, Thanks

I’ve contacted you because you stole my money along with everyone else who fell for your scam. Someone reached out to me saying it would be reshipped I’M STILL WAITING…….Ordered in November of 2022 What a POS company….And yet they are still allowed to push their scam unchecked on Pinterest to rip off more people…..So Sad.

They need to be as they say a company that sell good products and be willing to refund all the money that eas spent with them in good faith

If I could give no stars I definitely would have. These people are Crooks. I ordered an Outside Eagle Ornament for my husband for Christmas and I was following the so called Tracking number and it ended up going to York, Penn, we are in Iowa. Big difference there.I contacted the company and they said they would send another. I have waited and waited and waited some more and have tried to contact them repeatedly because I still haven't received it and no one will return my emails. I am so discusted about this. There is nothing but scams around anymore. Who do you even trust? Obviously Not HELKAY!! Do Not Trust This Business!!

I ordered a kindling splitter before I read the reviews.
Within 30 minutes of ordering and paying through PayPal I tried to cancel my order, both with the vendor and what I thought was PayPal. Turns out this whole thing is a scam. DON’T buy anything from these people.

Lesson Learned
Now I need to find another birthday gift for my husband with 3 days left. Feeling brokenhearted for those who ended up similarly, down hard earned money and now reservation about buying things online.

Same as others. We ordered an item, they said it was delivered but never was. The tracking number was not a USPS tracking number. Total Fraud.

I ordered a small log splitter that was advertised on Pinterest. The shipment was delivered to somewhere in NC, and I live in Texas. I have emailed them repeatedly to ask for a replacement or a refund. They replied only once to say they’d look into carrier, and since that, no communication. I guess I’ll have to kiss my $46 goodbye.

Nach 2 Monaten immernoch keine Lieferung. Wurde laut Helkay aber beliefert; laut „Ordertracking“ erfolgte Lieferung an einen Ort ca 300 km entfernt.

Same story as the rest. Ordered log splitter. Received tracking for a package going to South Dakota... I live in Washington State. Promised refund in 10 days... it's been 4 months. Total scam... shame on me for not doing the research.

They are scammers. My order never arrived. First they gave me tracking number for an order SK then they said there was a mix up in my address and my order was shiped again. They never send me tracking number, when I keep asking they went quiet. Do not get fooled by these scammers

I agree same Modus as all the others , Pintrest does nothing to help , my first thought would be get rid of them all, and vet the rest .

Paid for a kindling splitter which never arrived. Sent an email and got a reply saying they will speak to the logistics company Yodel(who have lost things before). Then I checked Trust pilot regarding Helkay -Oh dear these people are Chinese!! All the chinese takeaways here will only take ££cash. I refuse to use them.

Same as others story. Saw Helkayshop.com on Pinterest and ordered 2 log splitters. Shipping and tracking information are a scam. Never got product. If there was a way to let others know of a scam on Pinterest would be helpful.
Disappointing.

This is modern day thievery. You will likely be taken for an aggravating never ending dream of promises that won’t be fulfilled.
I actually tracked my order to Jackson Tennessee. My address is in Jackson Mississippi. I reported the problem and they assured that they would reship. I never received my order and have not been refunded.
I’m at a loss with no avenue for recourse. I believe it’s a ghost site and they’re actually in China along with our money.

Absolutely the same story it’s a scam website who claims to ship your merchandise to you however it will never make it. They say they will
Re-ship and than you will get an email saying they will refund your money which again you will never receive. Lucky I used PayPal who refunded my money. I ordered on Dec 11th and just now getting my money back. Worst part of it, it was a Christmas gift.

Do not order from this website they are not a good company and their customer service is crap…. I ordered something from them and my package made it as far as Cleburne Texas far from where I live. I can no longer track my package because last information was it was delivered to a mailbox in Cleburne Texas…. Again I do not live in Cleburne Texas I live close to midland Texas. I have reached out to customer service 4 times and have gotten nothing back from them I’ve lost my money. Please people do not order from this company you will loose your money and when you reach out to customer service you will be ignored. I’m so so made I’ve realized I’m not getting a refund because they will not answer to not one of my 4 emails I’ve sent to them.
