I hate to have to even be forced to leave 1 Star. Ugh! Ordered products on January 26th, February 13 it said my products were delivered in Mexico. I live in Virginia, it is now April and I still have yet to receive what I ordered. My order # and tracking # are now magically invalid. I emailed said business and threatened to report them if I didn’t receive a refund for my purchase on March 10th. Was promised a refund date by March 24th, as of March 31 there was still no refund. Emailed company again, threatening to report a second time, received email back promising refund in 2 business days, I then emailed back telling them I was over the run around and threatened to report them for the last & final time if I didn’t receive refund in 2 days. Well…. It’s April 3rd. And guess what! Still no refund lol I’ve been in contact with PayPal who seems to not give a s*** just as much as this fraudulent ass company. What a f****** joke. Don’t order from this company please!! Read the reviews first, because my stupid a** didn’t.

The epitome of an example of why to NOT purchase items on the internet. They are obviously a scam company that repeatedly uses the same modus operandi...sell something, say it has been delivered when it was not and then provide TERRIBLE customer service when the customer tries to follow-up!!! I will certainly NEVER do business with them again! The absolute worst on-line experience I've ever had!!!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews, just like so many others. My experience is like so many...the tracking on my package says it was delivered, but to a town of the same name in a state 2000 miles away! They will not answer my very polite emails. Perhaps I need to contact a state attorney general.

Never received the product ordered after being charged and many emails from the company saying they have sent and resent the product. What a scam website!!!

Wish I could give a negative star rating! I can not believe how corrupt this company is. I had the exact experience as others where I ordered and paid AUD$100 for a log splitter as a gift for my husband. Got the message that it had been delivered. It wasn’t. Since then nothing but scam trying to have it resolved. They are criminals!

J’ai commandé un article qui n’a jamais été délivré, contrairement à ce qui est reporté dans le suivi d’envoi. Soit disant déposé dans ma boîte aux lettres, sans avis, ni signature certifiant que le colis a bien été déposé. Pas de réponse à mes relances envoyée à l’adresse indiquée… ce site est une arnaque et devrait être signalé à la DGCCRF (c’est d’ailleurs ce que vais faire)

Ordered a log splitter several months ago, it never arrived. Said they’d ship another, never heard back from them. This place is a scam do not do business with them, they owe me $60 usd

I would like an option for a zero star. Definitely a scam. I ordered a log splitter, delivery receipt said it was delivered to a location near me (but obviously not me). Contacted them several times, they said each time they would ship a new item. Nothing. SCAM

Wishing I had read these reviews prior to purchasing a rushed Christmas gift that same again was apparently ‘delivered’ to an address NO WHERE near where it was supposed to be!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
After seeing all these reviews it’s clear my threat of bad reviews until I get a refund isn’t going to affect them!

Oder a flying eagle lawn ornament, supposedly it was delivered to Melford CT instead of Ohio. Emailed the company 2x’s & no response. This company is a scam

I wish I could give zero stars. Like others, I ordered (on Nov 27, 2022) an item that was "delivered" (on Dec 14) to the wrong address (which I HIGHLY doubt). I emailed them (Jan 4, 2023) and received an email back (Jan 7) saying they would reship. I asked for a tracking number and after another week of waiting they emailed and said that the item would ship within 7 days (Jan 17). I emailed again (Feb 7) and they said it had shipped and it would take 15-25 business days to arrive (shipping from China). I asked again for tracking info, with no response. I waited hoping I would receive the item. When it still didn't arrive (and I still had no tracking info) I asked for a refund (March 1). As of today I have not received a response from the company. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. I have a whole long email chain as record, so hopefully that will help. I think they are trying to wait you out so that the window of opportunity to dispute the charge will pass. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry if you do.

I ordered an item and when I didn’t hear anything (that it shipped ) I contacted the company. NO RESPONSE. I contacted the company I paid for this item and will receive a refund….horrible business . Do not buy from them

I ordered three Engine Models from Helkay. The pictures presented on their website was convincing with the details and the price so this caught my interest. I placed an order on February 3rd, 2023, which was immediately charged my credit card. It turns out I was given a bogus shipping tracking number when the product was allegedly shipped plus there was no names given for the parcel delivery service. I also note there is no customer assistance phone number. I waited a little longer beyond the promised delivery date to follow up on my order. I exchanged E-Mail and I received a confirmation that my order was shipped, which was false information. The 'Track Your Shipment' link sent to me in an E-Mail stated my order was delivered. The charges to my account were issued by an Asian company 'INSPACAPBUS', which I never heard of before. Helkay also has an advertising presence on Pinterest. I caution everyone to avoid this advertising and never purchase anything from Helkay. Their business is fraudulent and a scam. Buyer beware and run for the exits.

Absolutely awful!! Do not order from them!
Package shipped, but never was delivered, I looked it up it was no where near the correct address this was after multiple emails ask where is it. Took more emails to get one response saying they will resend it, and never gave a tracking number. Then finally I got them to confirm to just refund me (01/31/2023) it’s March still no refund!

ordered first week in January, tracking shows delivered to someone in london. a number of emails and 10 weeks gone by asked for refund , no answer. 2 weeks later contacted bank to force a refund. do not use.

Ordered on item end of December. Said it was shipped in February, and it's March now and there was a tracking number, no any tracking information. So don't waste your money. It's a fraud.

Fraud of a company. Do not throw your money away I should have looked at the reviews. I’ve learned my lesson.

There was nothing to experience as no product was delivered, yet it was “supposedly” sent three times!!
NO REFUND WAS GIVEN for the goods not received.

Ordered a Christmas present for my nephew on 1st December 2022. According to the tracking number it was delivered on 27th December to the customer in Perth. Not even specified which Perth... However, I live in London.
I contacted the seller, who doesn't even have an email address with their own domain, but just one with a popular Chinese provider... They responded after 10 days apologising for the inconvenience and they will send it again. It's the 1st of March, the item is not here yet, and of course will never be.
