Hedon Arvostelua 

I've used many Helmets over the last 35 years but the Hedon helmet is just a level above anything else I've ever worn!

Is this company even for real to do business outside UK?

I am in USA, on January 24th 2026, placed a regular full face helmet order on HEDON website (not a sample, last chance or final sale). I received the HEDON Helmet as ordered and wearing it, I needed a size up.

Contacted customer support, who indicated they have now discontinued that specific color of helmet and to choose an alternative in the same category / range for exchange.

I & HEDON agreed on the exchange model, I was asked for pay for international returns shipment which was done. HEDON acknowledged the payment receipt and confirmed model / size that will be exchanged / sent.

The Courier already picked up the helmet from me and post that HEDON sends an email I need to pay extra $$$ to get my exchange.

Port out the customer service department, I had ridiculous prices trying to sort out a very small problem. Eventually sorted but only after a lot of pushing, and we are talking about £10

Responsive customer service. Helped me find the helmet I wanted, worked through online/in stock discrepancy.

Customer service was timely and professional. The helmet was pure artwork.

Customer service at Hedon is top-notch. I've purchased a couple of helmets from them, and each time the experience has been fantastic. Packaging and delivery have been excellent, and the helmets are works of art.

Amazing service and speedy delivery. And of course the helmet is a work of art.

I really like the color of the visor and how the helmet looks with the black visor on — it gives the helmet a very stylish and premium appearance. However, the only downside I noticed is that it allows air to come inside the helmet from the upper side, which can be uncomfortable while riding. Overall, great look, but the airflow issue could be improved.

Hello HEDON Team, this Heroine Racer is my second HEDON helmet and it‘s incredible nice, fits great and look awesome. 👌
But the shipping and the German taxes from 220,-€ at all are not visible at ordering. Why do I have to pay English and German taxes? For example, If I order a Wingman tent, the British taxes will be deducted…! That‘s fair! So far, now I know that and have to decide next time. Greetings from cold Germany
