If I could give negative stars across the board, I would!
This so-called loan company is a complete scam. It took these people three days just to give me an approval or denial decision. I should have known something was off when their website clearly states they close at 6:00 PM, yet I received a call at 7:40 PM on June 23rd from someone saying my application was still “under verification.”
Then they sent me a generic copy-and-paste email denying my application without providing any real explanation. To make matters worse, someone from their so-called department called me after I had already received the denial email. What was the point of calling if the application had already been denied?
It took 72 hours to receive a response, which is completely ridiculous. As for the positive reviews, I have a hard time believing they’re genuine. They seem more like reviews written by people affiliated with the company rather than actual customers sharing real experiences.
The entire process was unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of time. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what existing customers have to deal with.
I would not—and I repeat, I would not—recommend wasting your time with this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I would give them a negative, but that is not an option. I haven't spoken to one person yet to whom I could actually understand. I have been calling, trying to figure out the status of my loan application, going on 3 days now!!! they dont respond to any emails. I have had to keep calling them, every time getting told it would be taken care of by the end of the day!!!! Guess what it's the end of the day and I still have no answer.
