Item was much smaller than expected , delivery was not clearly indicated as extra..item was a good product and fit for purpose...just a little tiny so information was hard to read .

I was able to track my parcel from…
I was able to track my parcel from start to finish. I was informed when it had been delivered. It was left in a safe place as l was not at home when it was delivered. It arrived well sealed and in one piece.
I am very pleased with my purchases.

Hat is nice and came in a couple of weeks from order. However it was not packed well so very creased and crushed up on arrival. Have not managed to get it into proper shape yet so it looks a bit battered.

Took a while to arrive, the item is just metal painted brown not the worn copper look it as advertised as also the water drop is just V cut out of the metal
