The order took quite a long time to arrive, which concerned me. I emailed the company who were most apologetic and from then on kept me regularly updated on the whereabouts of my parcel until it was delivered to my home.

It came in a reasonable time. My two didn’t like it right away but I’m not giving up so we’ll see what happens over the next few weeks as it’s the only thing that’s going to clean their teeth. I’m not allowed anywhere their mouths especially with a toothbrush.

Ordered what I thought was a robust…
Ordered what I thought was a robust garden ornament of 3 Robins on a dandelion . It looked in the pic as if it was bigger and a lot more robust and detailed . When it arrived it was like something u would pick up at a market for under a fiver .
Also it was £16.99 in the ad ... plus delivery ...ok i thought but then the final ...hidden total...after id paid was £27 ...as they added tax on ...this wasnt shown until after id paid . Shocking customer service as ive e mailed them numerous times to no avail .
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JIKE OF A COMPANY . whoever does the photography for them must be highly skilled at it as it makes them look like high quality goods THEYRE ABSOLUTELY NOT ...

ordered stretch jeans according to my normal size,,,,I kept emailing asking where order was as was over 7 weeks since ordered,thought was being scammed.Well they arrived 2 days ago,sizing it awful,they just come up over my knees,have emailed them several times,showed photo of this and of other trousers just purchased same size,now am getting all the excuses ,typical of what scammers do,have asked for address to return these,just got an email saying will refund £4,,,,,em dont think so,lol,I spent £39.97,now excuse saying they have an issue with returns system at the moment,again typical of scammers,Please folks dont waste your money,are not proper sales people,are scammers and will be posting under every advert I see on facebook,warning others,Was right is cheap,chinese tat,,,,still arguing with them to get refund,wont give me address to return as say will be too costly to China..PLEASE FOLKS THEY ARE RIP OFF,Its actually a joke what they replied have corrosponded with them for weeks,loads of emails,why answer like your all concerned and legitimate because your not!!! VAT is not included in the advertised price
I saw an ad on Instagram for a garden water feature sold by Hearthpost. It seemed a good deal. So I added it to the basket for £18.28 with postage and paid that amount via PayPal. I then received a notification that I had been charged more than £22 by this company which turned out to be Chinese. They had added Vat AFTER I had concluded the sale in PayPal. In the UK selling to consumers (B2C): companies must include VAT in the headline advertised price. Hiding VAT or adding "+ VAT" later in the purchasing process for general public buyers violates the Competition and Markets Authority guidelines and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP code. So this company acts in violation of both the guidelines and the code. I've raised a complaint with PayPal and requested a refund from Hearthpost which they have ignored. AVOID this company.

I laughed when I saw it
I laughed when I saw it, was expecting something quite a bit bigger than it is. The picture in the advert makes it look bigger, so was quite disappointed when it arrived in a tiny box. Wouldn’t order another one, lesson learned.

Scam - avoid at all costs
Scammers - not only charged £21 for something they’ve purchased for £4 from Temu, but also charged me £7 more than the order total & my receipt, without my agreement. Only found out by checking my bank statement. Avoid at all costs.
