Misleading advertising
Hopeless trying to get point across re problem. Item was certainly not as described or as shown on advert, very misleading and disappointing, paying good money for something not as portrayed. I ordered a Robin stake memorial gift, what received was nothing like on the advertisement, poor quality, the Robins were made from flat tin . I contacted company requesting refund, only offered £5 when item costs £17.99 and no option to return. Do not use advertising very misleading

Good product
Good product. My dog loves it. Keeps him cool & lay on it straight away. It look a little longer to arrive than expect. Couldn’t really track it very well. Tracking not in English. Then if I wanted to have app to track. It was a chargeable app. I didn’t want to pay just to track 1 parcel. Arrived today but hadn’t had notice it was being delivered.

Great communication
Great communication, kept informed at every point during delivery. However: I chose to buy from this site as pictures show 3D garden ornament. On arrival this is a 2D version which I could have bought for half the price from Temu. Disappointed.

Revised review! Happy to report that I was refunded the extra money! Pleased with the bird bath, although it’s much much smaller that it appears to be in the photo!
Should have checked trustpilot before I ordered! Now I’ve read the reviews I guess I’ll just have to put this down to a lesson learned. Ordered the 3 tier birdbath on Facebook, looked like a British company. They wacked on extra money after I’d ordered (vat?) and now I think I’ll have a long wait for something that sounds ‘not fit for purpose’ 😡
