I purchased a Groupon for the weight-loss program with Semaglutide. The medical review requires a full body photo be uploaded. This was not something I was comfortable with. I contacted the company and they immediately reviewed my concern and issued a refund. While this was not the right program for me, I was impressed with their customer service and would encourage anyone interested to utilize the services provided by HealthSource Online.

My subscription was cancelled without any reason after the payment was processed. I still haven't heard back from them. I have made several attempts to contact them through email and the portal. They have not responded. I want a refund for the coupon I purchased and the shipping fee that was paid for. The service provided was terrible and there wasn't any commitment to the customer! There is a lack of respect! I am not recommending them to anyone.

The medication is not approved by the FDA and absolutely did not work for me. I’ve taken Semaglutide before but it was approved by the FDA and it completely took my appetite away. There is something wrong with their formula. I attempted to contact the doctor but received a one line response from him that when I increased the dosage it would work. I’ve increased the dosage and my appetite almost seems to have increased. What a waste of my money!

I’d prefer to give zero stars. This company is not approved by the Better Business Bureau. Healthsource Online is a scam. I made a purchase through Groupon at a discounted price of about $68 and when I tried to redeem my Groupon on HSO’s website they told me I already redeemed it. I had just purchased it- I never used or redeemed the Groupon. I tried several times to get in touch with someone to refund me but it’s nearly impossible. You will have better luck getting in touch with the president than you will with their customer service girl. She responded to me one time and gave me a link that was supposed to allow me to actually use my Groupon. The link she sent me charged me AGAIN for what I had already purchased through Groupon, only this time it charged me $335. So I paid them twice and was never given my money back when I received absolutely NONE of their services. I never communicated with a doctor or filled out any paperwork. They scammed me for $335+$68+$25 shipping fee+ another $25 shipping fee when NOTHING was shipped to me.

SCAM. prescribed LOWER DOSE purposely. Before it got semt tp pharmacy i notified bot so called physician and customer service via phone and email. portal replied that she dont know they told her 4 weeks when and i had to contact customer service. it clearly shows my subscription
no one replied to that. now i have the wrong prescrition less than what i paid for. Response time is outrageous! You dont actually get to speak to anyone. Pre recorded videp. they do NOT reply to emails or portal messages. Im getting my money back from my bank.
