If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT TRUST THEM. First of all, they would not provide information on their pharmacy which is already sketchy. Their injections were incredibly late and Veronica promised a refund of the extra $30 you pay for shipping and she lied. Every time I call back and ask for her or a manager, they hang up on my face. Karl Sison reached out offering me $25 to make a review of the product and when I did, he never provided that to me as well. After I called and asked to speak with the manager, apparently named Chris, no one answered my calls or emails anymore. SHADY SHADY SHADY. Save your money and go with CosmeticRX. Their product works, they are transparent about their pharmacy, they have real customer service and don't buy their reviews!

After finally making a decision to move forward, I did some price comparisons and found a Groupon for HealthSource Online and placed the order. The questionaire was simple to fill out and the payment process with the Groupon was straightforward. I’m waiting on my order and I’m excited to start making a healthy change. I’ll update once I get started with my progress.

I bought the 6-week tirzepatide and they sent me a bottle set to expire in 4 weeks and said it was all I get and to use it after expiration. The pharmacist insisted I throw it away after 4 weeks, because it grows bacteria and can be dangerous. When I emailed HealthSource asking for the last 2 weeks, they didn't respond, but rather canceled my subscription. I feel cheated, and would like either the second bottle or a refund. How are they legally allowed to insist we inject expired medicine?

I purchased a Groupon for semaglutide from Health Source Online that I believe was falsely advertised. I also experienced disrespect and harassing interactions from one of the customer service representatives when following up with questions about the dosing schedule.

The Groupon stated that the "full dose includes up to 2.25 mg Semaglutide; only the starter dose is available if not currently taking it," and that dosage would vary based on consultation and recent GLP-1 use.

I have been taking GLP-1 medications for over a year and provided documentation of my current prescription and dosage. Despite this, Veronica, a Health Source Online representative, told me that all Groupon purchasers receive the same starter-dose schedule regardless of prior GLP-1 use, and that I would need to pay an additional $199 per month to receive a higher dose comparable to my current regimen. In my opinion, this is false or misleading advertising because it contradicts the terms presented in the Groupon listing.

When I questioned this discrepancy, my order was canceled and fully refunded without my authorization, even though I requested that the order still be processed.

During this interaction, Veronica was rude and disrespectful and repeatedly called me multiple times after our conversation had ended, which I found unprofessional and harassing.

Based on my experience, I would urge prospective customers to carefully review the terms of this offer and seek clarification in writing before purchasing.
