I couldn't be happier in my experience with Health Source. From my initial Groupon order until today, 2 years later, I have had very few issues with any aspect of my journey. Customer service and Physicians always respond quickly and are very kind ... also fast shipping. I have been using Health Source for 2 years and have lost and maintained my 35# weight loss and have been weaning off my Semeglutide over the past few months. I am now going to try to stop it all together and feel confident in knowing I can always go back to Health Source if ever needed again in the future.

While I appreciate the convenience that Health Source Online offers, I recently had a few issues that left me disappointed. After placing an order for medication, I wasn’t informed that it was out of stock until I reached out—a week later. Timely communication would’ve been appreciated.

In addition, the new pharmacy added a supplement in with the medication that I hadn’t expected. I did not find out about it until they were ready to ship. One of the possible side effects would be a fishy odor! No thank you...

I understand things don’t always go smoothly, and mistakes happen. I just hope the company takes steps to improve communication and provide clearer information about what’s being shipped before payment.

I had difficulty getting signed up. They were very helpful with my old school stumbling with the registration. I used a Groupon for the Denver, CO area. I thought everything was all set. The prescription was submitted and supposed to be on it's way. That was yesterday.
Today I was notified that by law they cannot ship to CO. APPARENTLY, GROUPON did not get that notice before I bought my groupon. It was annoying and I am disappointed. They submitted a refund to my CC for the $35 shipping charge and submitted a refund request to GROUPON for the Groupon charge. Maybe CO will allow the pharmacy to ship to CO addresses in the future. 🤞

I did not receive my prescription. I sent an email to their email address, info@healthsourceonline. I received a reply that it was being looked into. I did not receive a reply to my follow-up email. I looked up their website and it was down that day, so I did not have a phone number. Today, the website is up, I called the contact phone number during their business hours and no one answered .

I had an appointment today at 10 AM to get blood work done and somehow the information was not in the computer from the doctor and I started to get a little upset, but I did not have anything to worry about because Kathy Vance was a big help to me she took care of everything and I was able to get my blood work done today. She is definitely an asset to your company. She knows what she’s doing.
