Horrible service. Phone manner is a disgrace. Cant even come up with a solution since 2013.

A review about Alisha Patel my recruiter consultant.

It is now almost 2 years since I started working with the agency.
I would like to mention that Alisha was a very professional person who is not only organising things efficiently and properly, but also she always listen to your needs to find the best offer for you and never offer anything does you don’t like or not suitable.

The best thing I could say that she always find a good solution when there is any conflict or problem tailored to your needs.

It was my pleasure working with this agency and mainly my whole appreciation is for Alisha who is the best representative for it.

I really recommend anyone to join HCL/CRG.
I have had good experience since joining one of the best Nursing Agencies.
My booking consultants Karan and Nadeem are very professional and proactive candidates including Hiren of compliance team.
I have been booked according to my availability.
They take note of every communication and responds accordingly.
Keep it up!! Well trained candidates.

HCRG has amazing personnel, they remain dedicated to providing support and guidance to nurses. I have felt very well supported and appreciate their professional approach. My consultant Karan has made my experience with HCRG very remarkable - thank you and keep up the good job.

The team is reachable and ready to help. I always sent my shifts availability and booked when shifts comes out. My consultants Nadeem and Karan tries their best to book me shifts according to my availability I give them or sometimes they book me even before I reach into them. They are very reachable and always communicates. I can happily recommend someone to join the company.

Mr Marlon has been very supportive through our journey. I am very happy with the team and would highly recommend HCRG Workforce Solutions.
I am very grateful to you and your team.

Great experience. I had ot experience and wanted to continue work in operation theatre but could not find any options then my friend told me about this. They have such a smooth process. I loved it.

Hi everyone, I am feeling ecstatic to share my experience here. I am registered nurse in London. My journey started about a year ago and with the help of HCL permanent team I made it. The staff was as supportive as one can be includes Aamir. I had all the answers to my question during the process. Thanks to HCL permanent.

This is the best agency I have encountered for recruiting professionals (Nurses) so far. They are precise, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. They are very patient during my six months application process. I was not pressured for completing my requirements. I'm thankful for this team, most especially for Aamir for guiding me along the way. I am now in the UK and thank you HCL for being part of my journey. 🙏🏼♥️

Karan Saini has been very supportive.
He knows how to handle our issues in a professional manner, gives reassurance to his candidates and always come up with a great solution.
He always make sure all outstanding shifts have been covered and submitted before the deadline

Karan is my consultant and has been a great addition to the agency. I have been with this agency for sometime now and generally can’t fault them. There are proactive with my shifts. Open and straight with me when things are slow and their rates are the same across board for every nurse. I would highly recommend them to any nurse looking to work with them.

Karan A is always willing to help me with anything I approach him with and if he is not sure, he would always seek help from colleagues and come back to me. He listens to me, sends me where I want and books me when shifts come out. Easily approachable to talk when I need help.

I'm so grateful to your team..first and foremost I would like to thank Mr Mahesh Sharma for his proper guidance and support throughout this journey. Thanks to Ms Richa also for their valuable support...Thankyou once again...

I have had a great experience working with this agency I would like to thank Niyaz who was my first consultant, and the OOH staff, who have been helping me though I have not been getting shifts for a while regardless of calling every day. I give 5 stars to Yuthika Peters who has been great in keeping my file up to date as my complaint,, I called her recently with my concern as I was not getting shifts because I didn't know who to turn to. she has been a great help I wish to continue working with HCL but I don't get work only work less than 10 hours a week most of the time since September

Generally recommend to stay well away if you're not in the market for being stolen from or wasting countless hours contacting the HMRC. The company itself was rather effective in finding you work, however once it is found, you are soon ignored and directed to their umbrella companies; who are experts at cleverly concealing dodgy activities, funded by your salary. After hours of calls, emails, and letters, to all parties involved, including pursuit from the HMRC themselves, I am still yet to find any success or hope of getting my money back. HCL seem to have also disappeared and not contacted me since I began inquiries in October. So again, if you feel like keeping your hard earned money, legitimately paying appropriate taxes, and spending your time not chasing dodgy companies; please, please stay away!

So smooth and I had a great experience.

It was a nice experience with HCL permanent. Special thanks to Mr Marlon and Mr Aamir for all the support and guidance. I strongly suggest HCL permanent to everyone who are dreaming for a good future.

Yes. Specially Mr Allen Gatchalian, he was the one who was very patient in accommodating all of my queries and always very responsive to my messages. Thank you so much HCL Permanent team!
