Ordered 3 prints on the 21st December 2021 and still not received. Emails 3 times and messaged on instagram 3 times no response.
Absolute joke think it’s a scam

Terrible service I think this is a scam I placed an order 4 weeks ago and not received it. I’ve emailed but no one replies.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Tracked my order says it has been delivered to completely different place in UK. Have emailed twice with no reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I'm now 30 out of pocket with no books. Scam

If i could rate a 0 i would. Iv waited 4 weeks for my books still havnt had a email. The only email i got was to tell me expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. Iv emailed 4 times and still nothing. Why are people like you ‘lauren’ as it states on the email i got, after you took my money to comfirm.. still allowed to trad online and scam people out of money but not send there good.

not great, placed an order on the 5th January and still chasing the order up. Says the order was sent to Royal Mail 8 days ago (48 hour tracked delivery) and still not received.

I love the books !! I’m so happy with my purchase!!

Still haven’t received my order. Bought more than a month ago, where’s my order please?

Delivery never received, messaged twice and no reply

I am dissatisfied with the service after ordering from this site was due to receive goods paid for within 4 weeks from order , still haven’t received them and sent numerous messages , emailed customer service and only had 1 reply for my order number , sent them this as requested and they haven’t bothered to reply about order or refund .

Im still awaiting the books from my order which was weeks ago. I knew I had to wait a while for them but I have emailed the company twice and been ignored both times and still waiting delivery. I want a delivery date and tracking or if not a refund

Ordered books. Came within stated time. They were well packaged and just as described. Very happy!

Nearly a month and still no prints, spent over £30 on my order and haven’t even had confirmation of dispatch. AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

I no am still B waiting for my order 32 days and still no items have arrived. I going to contact my bank and trading g standards as the customer service is shocking no response from emails or messages totally avoid using this company

Absolutely love love my prints . They took a little longer to arrive but correspondence from them confirmed there would be due to working on her own and trying to keep up with orders.
Would recommend and buy again!

over a month on i am still yet to receive my order, or even confirmation of shipping. Emailed the seller to ask if she could check the tracking of the package and had no reply, now a few days on since the email and still not heard anything. Not great customer service on that part at all. I am aware they take up to 4 weeks to arrive but mine has been over 4 weeks and i havent even been told they have reached England yet. A shame as i have been really looking forward to these arriving but feeling like its a scam now.

I never received my prints that I ordered. Only form of contact was through email or Instagram, both I received no response.

Ordered a few items on 9th Jan and received nothing!!!!
If you leave a bad comment on Instagram you will get a reply but then back to nothing and your comment will be removed, absolute jokers!!!!!
I have ordered from this company before with no problems so I am absolutely shocked that they have turned into scammers!!!!!!
A 40th birthday gift ruined and now to find replacements by Wednesday!!!!!
Only hope is that I can claim my money back from PayPal

I had the same problem as a lot of other people on here I waited a lot longer then promised for delivery but the pictures DID TURN UP I was also emailing but always got a response? They came about 5/6 weeks late but when they did turn up I was really pleased and very good quality
