I have recieved Nothing paid on Jan 11 th never answers any emails or messages on Instagram
Should be exposed for the scammers they are ! !

I have not recieved my order yet it’s been 3 weeks scam

If I could leave 0 star review then I would. No reply to emails, don’t reply to DM’s and the best part….delete comments on their Insta page from irate customers reaching out to try and find out where their orders are. This business is shameful, they are taking money from hard working good people and getting away with not sending orders.

UPDATE - order arrived albeit weeks too late. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
It looks like a genuine small business but my order never arrived and they do not respond to emails, yet they quickly take your money. I will be requesting a refund from the bank as this is surely a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM this company . My daughters order has never arrived . There is no response when contacting them .

I ordered from them in 2020 in the middle of the year, my order took ages and once it arrived it was damaged and of course as everyone else has stated their customer service is terrible and I never got a reply from them. The owner/owners are disgusting and rude and will just delete any bad comments. They’re 10000% scammers and I think business owners like that are scum of the earth to be ripping off innocent people that just want to support a small business. I really hope Karma bites the owner and I hope people see these reviews before placing an order to avoid getting scammed like so many people have.

Item never arrived, customer service non-existent! Ordered prints on the 21st Dec, chased up delivery 12th Jan, no response, chased again (only by email as they do not have a phone contact!!) on the 16th Jan, again no reply but did send a tracking number to say item on its way to Royal Mail, 7 days later still not with Royal Mail and again no customer service. These guys are seriously lacking in basic communication skills, is a shame as was going to order more from them, wont be doing now!! AVOID!

Ordered prints 7th Jan, no confirmation email or delivery date. I have messaged via email 3 times and Instagram and still no response, I will never use again as I never received my order, really disappointing

Have emailed them and no one got back to me
Going to contact my bank to see if they can recover my money 😡

Took a long time to come and when I was contacting through every channel possible I did not get an answer and still have not received one. No dispatch email was sent, no confirmation email nothing the communication from this company is shocking.

I would put no stars if I could ! Haven’t received My items , emailed them to get a resolution and not had a response really disappointed .

Poor communication. Told item would arrive in 5-10 days. Took 4 weeks.

I placed an order on the 16th December and I really wish I’d of found these reviews first! I’ve recently moved out for the first time, right before Christmas and was wanting my house to feel more like a home. I found Haus of Coco on Instagram and really loved the prints, with the offer that was on I brought 9!! I’ve only received the 6 A4 prints I ordered and still waiting on the 3 A2 ones I ordered at the same time, the A4 took a couple of weeks to get here but missing half the order when it was all done at the same time!! I have emailed the company and sent messages through Instagram but just being completely ignored!!
I’ll be contacting my bank to get my money back from this company as it’s clearly a scam and they have no thought for people at all.

Avoid at all costs!! Placed my order on the 17th of December and still haven’t received it. Sent numerous emails to the company and eventually after 3 weeks I was told it had been sent, when I asked for a tracking number I was ignored. The company deletes all their Instagram posts of people asking about their orders, it’s a scam!!!
