Delivery not good,waited a month for delivery

Still not received my ordered from 1st of feb

I like the prints, think they will lovely in suitable black frames, as wall art. However, when Zi made the order, it stated if I bought 3, I would get another 3 free of charge - had planned to gift these to a friend, but only got the 3 ordered. A bit disappointed, but still happy with the 3 I received, although feel slightly “duped”

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, had a confirmation to say ‘order may take 2-4wks’ great at least I knew .. emailed 4wks on to be told it would take 5 weeks ?! So at least I know only had to wait 1 more week .. then I received an email to say my order was cancelled as per my request?????

Not received items yet and ordered over 4 weeks ago . I would avoid using this company. Seem to take your money and send no goods

ordered on 1st Feb, It is now 2nd March & I still haven’t received order or any tracking. Have tried to contact twice but got no response. Very disappointed as they seem like a genuine brand with good qualities but are rubbish with timing

Like many others I had concerns when I didn't receive my order (book boxes) and I didn't receive a response to my email chasing. Eventually I did receive an email with a tracking number and today my order arrived. I placed the order on the 18th January and it arrived today the 1st March. I am very happy with the goods received.

DONT order - took money, waited over 4 weeks. Repeatedly enquired about my order - no response. Rude, offensive, worst customer service

I ordered from this site without checking reviews. BIG MISTAKE. I thought I was supporting a small business and was going to get some great artwork for my home. However weeks and weeks have passed and no order has arrived. I’ve got in touch with the customer services several times with no response. Even sent a DM on insta, nothing. I feel bad for others who like me don’t see the reviews and give hard earned money to what can only be described as a scammer. Being a small one woman business is no excuse to basically rob people of their cash and give them no product. Avoid at all costs. I notice that although the owner is allegedly so busy. She still posts on the company Instagram and replies to comments asking about foreign shipping etc so she’s clearly just ignoring people that have problems and hoping to dupe others into purchasing to them have the same issues as me no doubt. Not how anyone should be doing business and I’m surprised it’s still going. I’ve reported to my bank and Instagram, do the same and stay clear.

I ordered two books from this company as a gift and I am so appalled by the service provided.

My order arrived over 3 weeks late - I read that books can take 2-4 weeks to deliver so I allowed this time - but at 5 weeks I messaged and emailed the seller multiple and was flat out ignored.

When I eventually received my order I opened the package to find the books were completely scuffed up and looked terrible. I refuse to gift the books in this awful condition so I have requested a refund.

I’ve noticed other customers commenting on the company’s Instagram posts sharing similar issues, and when I went back to check they had deleted all the negative comments.

A simple response to my messages is all it would’ve taken - ignoring customers with genuine issues regarding their orders is just ridiculous.

Will never, ever be using this company again.

Customer service is appalling and read small print before you order !

Bad customer service

Ordered & paid for 2 prints that never arrived. Company won’t reply to emails or IG messages but are still posting on Instagram! I’ve reported the account to Instagram & also named & shamed them in a post of my own - I suggest you do the same, it’s the only way to stop being ripped off 😡😡

Scam company, nothing has been delivered 3 weeks later, also no reply’s to the 5 emails asking where my order is, stay well clear

No communication back ordered 7th January doesn’t answer emails or Instagram but can put stories on Instagram saying books take 4-5 weeks stop asking after a week. The majority of people are sending messages after the 5 week mark not after one week defo a scam!!! Obviously uses the 4/5 weeks to bide them time! I run a company I’m a lone female and I can answer all my messages so there sob story is a fake to

Avoid, made an order on 6th of January and haven’t received any thing yet.
I contacted the costumer service with no reply…
I think it’s scam 😡
