This website is a joke, ordered some prints off here over a month ago, said 7-10days emailed and emailed and messaged on insta no replies. Still dont know where they are and if they are even coming. DO NOT ORDER OFF HERE!

Ordered some of the magazine books from here, poor communication from the seller regarding tracking and had no dispatch email or anything. Finally after 7 weeks, the items arrived. I contacted the seller on multiple occasions but were generic messages, after requesting a refund through the shop tracking app that was given- I was soon given a tracking number which took 2 weeks to show anything. Only order if you’re happy to wait up to 2 months for an item shipped directly from China, will not be a returning customer. Quicker to order directly from China yourself via aliexpress or wish.

Awful experience, 6 weeks it took and no communicating through messages or emails I sent! Won’t be buying again from this site for sure

I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered books over 6 weeks ago now and I understand how long they take but I haven’t received a notification on where my books are up to. I have sent a message on instagram at still haven’t received anything from you and this has been over a month now.

Delivery took longer than expected however they did send a discount code to apologise without even asking so fantastic customer service. One of the book boxes wasn’t quite stuck down properly so ended up supergluing it in place. 2/3 were perfect though.

Now I've had to get the bank involved and all sorts but one thing is clear...AVOID

If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered prints from haus of coco 2 weeks ago and I have still not revived them I had an email confirming dispatch a week ago. With a supposed tracking number for royal mail saying I should receive my prints in 2 to 3 working days and I'm still waiting. I've sent numerous emails and dms on Instagram and I've had no reply. I'm starting to think this company is a scam I felt good supporting a small female run company and now I feel like I've been taken for a ride wish I had read the reviews before purchasing DONT buy from this company l!!!!!

Do not buy off this website it’s a scam. I ordered things on the 1st feb and still haven’t received them, they are ignoring emails etc. so reporting this to my bank tomorrow and on instagram!!!

Complete Scam!! Placed a order in December, the girl running it did not make my item, did not post my item, doesn’t reply to emails, Facebook or Instagram. But while ignoring customers she continues to be active on Instagram doing stories and “giveaways”!! While taking paring customers money and ignoring them, not sending the products or refunding! She has been reported to my bank and to clearpay so hopefully will not be on there much longer. Worst customer service I’ve ever ever had.

I placed my order on 04/02/22 and still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed the company but they said it should be delivered has have to wait for the books to be personalised so if you want these ASAP I would order in Advance has 4 weeks on I’m still waiting for mine

5 weeks after ordering still no goods, Ignoring my emails and Instagram messages even though they are posting new Instagram stories???
