Hatton Jewellers Arvostelua

Great purchase and looks even better than the pictures.

Great chain at fantastic price

Apart from one occasion when I called the store and no one answered, the service was very good, the item was received quickly, well packaged with all the relevant documentation.

Great chain I’m really happy with it, nice people to talk to

Very fast delivery of my jewellery purchase. Really happy with Hatton’s.
Great variety of jewels to choose from to suit your budget.

The item I purchased was clearly described and the photos were true to the actual item. I really liked the visuals of a person putting the necklace on, and demonstrating it.
The assurance that it could be returned if not what I wanted was reassuring, however a note on the purchase would be useful to backup when and how it should be returned if not wanted.
Delivery was fast and as described. I was kept in the loop the whole time.
I definitely recommend Hatton's and will use them again.

Really quick delivery and packaged beautifully

The product is wonderful i love it.The sales lady who attended to me was 100% helpful to me.She helped me by making the right choice even helped me with the right length of my jewellery including giving me a discount the next time I would be came to buy my bracelet .

Thanks to this jewellers I was able to get my husband’s big birthday present which I wasn’t able to find locally. Highly recommend. Quick delivery service too!

Super-swift service- thankyou.

I bought the chain for my fiancé as a joint engagement and 30th birthday present. He loves it. We went shopping in Hatton Gardens and didn’t find anything nearly as nice. The delivery was quicker than estimated which meant we had it in time for our 30th birthday plans, it came with a certificate of authenticity, and the chain itself is clearly brilliant quality.

Fast delivery with great product

Item really good quality and arrived very quickly.
Easy to order.

Lovely bracelet and very easy to order on line and quick delivery. Jewelry looks very expensive. Thanks again

Jewellery came quickly and was beautifully packaged.

I bought my mum a bangle for her birthday it was beautiful when we first arrived but within a few weeks the diamonds started to fall out, which we was really surprised at considering how much we paid for it. My mum and dad got me a pair of gold earrings which broke a couple months later and the cubic zirconias started to fall out also. Really shocked at the quality considering the amount they cost on both items.
I’ve started to use a different jewellers due to this and no issues at all

Item arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition

Very happy classy jewellery very fast delivery all around Great experience will be buying more in next month

Absolutely terrible experience with Hatton Jewellers. I purchased a 9ct gold anklet (£350) which was returned due to a faulty clasp. Instead of refunding, they claimed to have issued a store credit – but I was never sent any written credit note, nor told of an expiry date. Over a year later, when I chased, they admitted in writing that there was “no record” of a credit note for me at all.

I am now left with nothing – no jewellery and no refund. The way they handled this was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. Their so-called “customer service” is appalling.

Avoid at all costs – there are plenty of jewellers who actually value their customers and honour their legal obligations.
